A company that has not responded to any requests for suspension following the dissemination of phishing sites by its customers. As a result, this company is complicit in fraudulent activities and has not been prosecuted for the time being. I hope that the Dutch authorities will soon look into the case of this host enabling fraudulent acts.

More disk space could be better but they gived good stuff to start anything.
i would prefer using it but mail system have some problems.

customer service is non-existing. tickets stay unanswered for weeks or months. I think this company is going out of business, maybe bankruptcy

An Indian company that tries to present itself as Dutch nowadays. Their name was Flaunt7 and they eventually changed their name because they took people's money and didn't provide the services they should. But nothing changed, still a thief company that doesn't respect its customers. Stay away. You will not get the service you pay for, you will constantly experience technical problems and you will not get any support. If you get a response after 3-4 days, you are lucky. The language they use is rude and amateur. Do not give your credit card number to these scammers...

They take money from your credit card for no reason and close your account with lies to avoid making a refund. A fraudulent company that should be avoided at all costs. i have contacted the real registrar they use.. and they lied to them that they closed my account due to DMCA complaint without saying me a thing, while i have all DMCA rights in real..(funny they claim that they ignore DMCA complaints when trying to sell a service to you) i claimed a refund for an unjustified charge. and they closed my account.. just stay away from this so called "company" or say bye bye to your money and domains

I was used this server from last 2 years, everything fine.but now my all websites goes down, due to server error. i send too many tickets to support team but no response. i loss my traffic and money.

i am using phanes.cloud server last 4 year no doubt perfect everything working after 4 year
surprised me my hosting account suspended Reason DMCA , Remembered after 4 years Acceptable Use Policy, so don't buy copyright worker without any notice suspended your account
They Close my phanes.cloud Account

I launched and hosted a website with Flaunt7 back on 2021. Phanes Cloud acquired Flaunt7 sometime in 2022/2023. At first, all was well. Support tickets were handled promptly in a professional manner. On 2024, my experience with them went downhill. On April I paid upwards of $200 for access to their Weebly Website builder (This builder was originally included in the yearly host service by Flaunt7, but Phanes decided to charge extra for it). I paid and Phanes couldn't activate the builder for some reason, pointing the finger at Weebly. Weebly kept pointing the finger back at Phanes Cloud. The run-around was frustrating and exhausting. I gave up, didn't ask for a refund and they didn't offer one. I ran out of luck and out of $200.

Sometime in May/June the index.html page for my site dissapeared from my file folder and my site went down. Couldnt figure out the reason why. And I hadn't backed up the site. Damn. Out of luck again.

Got busy with life. Decided to rebuild the site with another builder. Planned to do so in late 2024/early 2025. Went to re-up my service with Phanes for 2025...but then I got the really bad news.

Phanes Cloud announced on Nov 20th, 2024 they will no longer be hosting any adult content and will scrub all adult content hosted by them: 'This decision reflects our commitment to upholding values that promote strong family structures and ethical standards'.

That was the last straw as my site was an amateur adult content site.. by an adult for other consenting adults.

Completely out of luck now. It's been problem after problem with them all this year. Started great, ended in dissapointment. Hopefully, I can take my domain name and start elsewhere in 2025. Goodbye, Phanes Cloud.

so weeek service, late support response

The worst company i ever dealt with in the hosting space, they don't care about customer satisfaction at all, also they can steal the money you paid for your service and remove your data and hosting without any respect to the customer or to their Terms and Conditions. I don't recommend anyone to work with this company. Stay away and make your data and money safe.
