Poor support and service
Poor support and service. My website been offline for 5 days, I ticket them and replied to me they face a DDOS Attack and told me to wait until they will fix it. I asked them to switch my host to other IP after 2 long days because I paid for a full service and it's already affecting my business. They refused to do that. I do not recommend!
