Support is very slow

Support is very slow, my vps is unexpectedly locked, do not understand the reason, contact support after 24 hours to reply. But also did not tell me the reason why the vps was locked and reopened for me.

Bad treatment/ no obligation

We had the Faunt7. Hosting subscription. Last year in the summer the company phanes.cloud
made acquisition of the Faunt7 and sent us the notification.. All our data in control panel after transfer to phanes.cloud was lost and they didn't give us money back (by our request) for 6 month of service which we didn't want to use any more.
Also, we didn't delete automatic recurring payment from Pay Pal. An in Marcgh 17 2023 this year the subscription was charged from paypal account.
The company Faunt7 is not exist. We wrote to phanes.cloud the request to return our money, but they told us it's out fault. We did request in Paypal, and waiting for result. Is i so hard to do something for customer satisfaction and return money for service they don't want to ???
It's Awful treatment! BE AWARE!

Additionally, we have sent multiple reminders to your account regarding PayPal subscriptions. Please note that PayPal subscriptions are buyer-managed and need to be updated by you.

Ticket takes week to get response.. very poor customer support.

I bought a new domain from them 2 weeks ago. After one week, my domain was deactivated due to missing email confirmation. That I typed wrong email during registration causes this issue. The serious problem is I open ticket, and then have to wait for week to get response from them. My domain is now still deactivated.
Very poor service support. Your bussiness might be down just like me and have to wait for weeks to fix the issue.

Their free hosting is awsome speed , big ssd and much more.
And premium hosting is very reiable and costumber servies is great.
