I regularly use products from Phantom Athletics in my training, both in the gym and during wrestling sessions and I’m genuinely impressed. The gear fits well, gives you full freedom of movement, and holds up even during intense workouts. Especially with fast movements or grappling, you immediately notice whether the quality is there and here, it definitely is. What I also like is the clean design, no unnecessary extras. For anyone into combat sports or serious training, this is definitely a strong brand

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von der Qualität der Produkte von Phantom Athletics.
Bereits beim Auspacken der Ware ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Nähte der bestellten Shorts sehr schlecht verarbeitet sind. Teilweise waren die Nähte schon gelöst bzw. gingen direkt auf, obwohl die Shorts noch gar nicht benutzt oder getestet wurden. Für Produkte in dieser Preisklasse ist das sehr enttäuschend. Aus diesem Grund werde ich alle Shorts wieder retournieren.
Auch die Bandagen weisen bereits beim Auspacken Mängel auf. Sie haben schon Löcher und das Material wirkt so, als würde es sich bereits auflösen – ebenfalls ohne dass sie jemals benutzt wurden.
Zusätzlich funktioniert auch die Aufbewahrungsdose für den Mundschutz nicht richtig. Sie lässt sich nicht mehr richtig schließen, sodass ich sie aktuell mit Gummibändern fixieren muss.
Insgesamt hinterlässt die Qualität der Produkte leider einen sehr schlechten Eindruck, weshalb ich mit meiner Bestellung nicht zufrieden bin.

Die von dir beschriebenen Mängel entsprechen natürlich nicht unserem Qualitätsanspruch. Dass Nähte bereits beim Auspacken aufgehen, Bandagen Löcher haben oder die Aufbewahrungsdose für den Mundschutz nicht richtig schließt, sollte selbstverständlich nicht passieren.
Gut, dass du die Artikel retourniert hast. Unser Team wird sich das genau ansehen, damit wir solche Fälle künftig vermeiden können. Material wurde erst wochenlang nicht versandt und danach kam das Paket nie an.
Ich wurde weder informiert, dass ein Paket versandt worden ist, noch dass es nicht ankam. Die angegebene Adresse war korrekt.
Bis jetzt habe ich das Paket nicht erhalten.

Wochenlange Verzögerung, fehlende Versandinformationen und ein nicht zugestelltes Paket sind absolut nicht unser Anspruch. Bitte wende Dich umgehend an unseren Support mit Deinen Bestelldaten, damit wir den Fall prüfen und schnell eine Lösung (Ersatz oder Rückerstattung) für Dich finden können. Wir kümmern uns darum.

Good gloves but they have to stop using GLS as shipping method, it takes more then the 3-7 days arrival time, and u also pay for the shipment so please figure out a way to change this, otherr then that good

Qualität und Service leider nicht zufriedenstellend
Vor ca. zwei Jahren habe ich bei Phantom Athletics eine komplette Kampfsport (Thaibox) Ausrüstung gekauft. Leider waren bereits nach knapp zwei Monaten beide Handschuhe im Bereich der Daumen gerissen und somit unbrauchbar.
Damals habe ich sofort das Kontaktformular ausgefüllt, jedoch weder eine Antwort noch eine Eingangsbestätigung erhalten. Zudem waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine klaren Kontaktdaten auffindbar, sodass ich keine Möglichkeit hatte, mein Anliegen weiter zu klären.
Kürzlich habe ich beim Durchsehen meiner E-Mails eine Nachricht von Phantom Athletics gefunden, in der gefragt wurde, warum ich nichts mehr kaufe und ob alles in Ordnung sei. Nach meiner erneuten Schilderung der Situation wurde mir jedoch keine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten was für mich einen sehr enttäuschenden Kundenservice darstellt.
Wichtig: Es geht mir hierbei nicht primär ums Geld. Wäre das der Fall gewesen, hätte ich auch deutlich teurere Ausrüstung reklamieren können. Mir geht es um den Umgang mit Kunden und eine faire, lösungsorientierte Reaktion.
Sehr schade ich hätte mir hier deutlich mehr Kundenservice erwartet.

Very bad Quakity boxing gloves
Very bad Quakity boxing gloves. I ordered boxing gloves and was happy for them to arrive. Unfortunately after 3 times using they are very poor quality and don’t fit or give any support for kickboxing. The gloves are in that way not supported that I had pain on my hands. I would suggest not buying here if your looking for some high quality gloves.

Fast but expensive shipping
Fast but expensive shipping, including returns. Other companies can ship you items for around 5 € and return is around the same cost. Phantom on the other hand is around 16 € for shipping and the return is the same or more depending on your locality. As a company they should be able to make some deal with DHL, GLS or another shipping company.

Embarrassing customer service and lost money
I cannot review the quality of Phantom Athletics products—because I never received them.
I paid 180€ for an order that was supposedly delivered by GLS. The delivery was marked as signed, except the signature belongs to GLS themselves, not me. I never received any package. After discovering this, I immediately filed a report with GLS and contacted Phantom Athletics.
Phantom Athletics asked me to fill out a declaration confirming that I did not receive anything so they could open a case with GLS. I did exactly what they asked. And since then? Nothing.
It has now been over TWO MONTHS of silence, excuses, and complete inaction. Phantom Athletics refuses to:
resend the gear I paid for
refund my money
take responsibility as the seller
What makes this even worse is that GLS already compensated Phantom Athletics through their insurance, yet Phantom still refuses to return my 180€ or provide the products. They took the insurance money and kept my payment, while I received absolutely nothing.
This is not a delivery issue anymore—this is a customer service failure and a total lack of professionalism. Any serious brand would either resend the order or refund the customer immediately. Phantom Athletics did neither.
If you’re considering ordering from this brand, be warned:
If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
Beyond embarrassing customer service. I will never order again and I strongly advise others to think twice.
