Everything was okay

Everything was okay, I love the glasses and I have already use both. The only problem I had was the delivery took a bit longer than I was expected but by the end of the day i got it. Try and work on your delivery days🀗👍🏟

Thanks for your review & feedback. Yes, we worked on our dispatching time. Our delivery time wasn't the issue, but we had some stock problems which caused a dispatch delay. This has now been fixed and future orders will have quicker delivery time.

Please do not buy from them any glass
quality is even below worst quality
Customer service is very very bad
once you buy you fall in the trap
I have received my parcel after long wait from china
i returned this to spain as per their return address and till then no response.

This was my first time ordering here


This was my first time ordering here and I’m really happy with my purchase. The sunglasses are such good quality. I honestly usually buy from expensive designer brands, but these feel just as good and look amazing, while still being affordable. I will definitely order again!

Please do not buy

Please do not buy, it’s worst than Shein quality, it’s proper bad printing and packaging. The glasses are made from cheap plastic

Mandan muy poca información sobre el seguimiento del pedido si no estás constantemente entrando a ver el seguimiento estás perdido a parte me indicaba que el repartidor había hecho dos intentéis de entrega cuando es mentira porque estaba en casa y nadie llamó ahora después de esto me pone que el envío se ha cambiado de forma de entrega y que lo tendré que recoger en tienda, así sin más ninguna dirección ni nada . Definitivamente no volveré a pedir jamás

We completely understand how frustrating it is when tracking information is unclear or when a delivery attempt is shown even though you were at home. Unfortunately, the tracking updates and delivery decisions are made by the local courier, and we don't have control over how these scans are recorded.

If your parcel has been redirected to a pickup location without the address being shown, we'd be more than happy to help you locate it. However, time has passed and the items are probably returned.

Please contact our support team with your order number, and we'll get you a new package as soon as possible.
