The sending of merchandize does not…
The sending of merchandize does not happen on saturday, but it is indicated the local shop is open on saturday morning and the phoneline not operated (Tried to call 3 times to make sure urgent delivery on saturday). Hope they correct that on the website.
The merch command from saturday morning arrived on monday afternoon but otherwise ok!

Hello,
I understand that. Luxembourg is a very small country and we have only DPD we can ship to Ireland, and unfortuanately that is expensive.
We do not earn anything on the shipping charges - we charge one to one what DPD is charging us.
I hope you have been satisfied with the rest of our service - or what is the reason you only gave us 2 of 5 stars? Thank you.

Je suis désolé que vous n'ayez pas été satisfait.
Nous sommes ouverts uniquement du lundi au vendredi et, par conséquent, nous ne pouvons effectuer de livraisons que du lundi au vendredi (même si vous commandez en ligne le samedi ou le dimanche).
Ceci est également clairement indiqué dans nos conditions générales : toutes les courses commandées avant 14 h, du lundi au vendredi, sont livrées entre 18 h et 19 h la meme jour.
"5.5 Les retraits s’effectuent à la pharmacie du lundi au vendredi matin – uniquement les jours ouvrables. DPD / Chronopost livre vos commandes du lundi au vendredi les jours ouvrés. Il peut y avoir des retards les jours fériés au Luxembourg, dans le pays de réception et dans les pays de transit car DPD / Chronopost et la Pharmacie de Pétange ne travaillent que les jours ouvrables. Les livraisons en taxi ne peuvent être effectuées que du lundi au vendredi ; si la commande est passée avant 14h00, la livraison aura lieu vers 18h00/19h00."
