Dr. Emmel has been awesome with the curriculum and the information provided is always easy to understand! I have had such a good experience with Pharmacy Tech Scholar!

This self paced program is really great. I am changing careers and have very little experience with pharmacy procedures. This program has guided me along and Dr. Emmel is always available to answer questions. I highly recommend this program whether you already work in a pharmacy setting or are completely new to it.

I liked studying at Pharmacy Tech Scholar! I would especially like to highlight the training in medicines. It seemed that it was simply impossible to learn. The course is very thorough and acknowledges aspects of the job not covered on the PTCB. The instructor is also good at teaching overall and acknowledges issues within the industry and struggles patients may face, which isn't done enough.

All of the study guide lines ,their all clear to me, always has example how you do it, like how to know what is the right DEA number.

I found this program to be easy to follow and understand. I did not feel rushed to complete the modules or exams. There are frequent check-ins throughout as well which helped keep me motivated.

I really had a great time learning from this course. Everything needed for the PTCB exam is there in simple language, comprehensive and is easy to use. Can be done at your own pace. Would recommend.

4.5 Overall it was a good experience. Set you own pace, good advice and good example scenarios. The more difficult modules for me were the medidcations and math. Which he said it would be for most so it took more time. For the medication names I'm looking for some matching games instead of flash cards, might have to make my own at home. I did enjoy the one crossword puzzle in the beginning of the course it was good practice. With the math word problems, I feel like seeing example objects could have helped with understanding it a little better. Only because, I'm someone taking the course with no experience in the work environment. Thank you for giving me the needed knowledge.

If you are looking to pursue a career or strengthen your knowledge in the pharmacy workplace, Pharmacy Tech Scholar is without a doubt a great place to start. It is very affordable compared to tuition of 2 years at Jr. College. I love that the course is online and didactic. This allows me to create my own study schedule as I am very busy with work and family life. The curriculum is very comprehensive, challenging and very straight forward. Dr. Emmel has put together a superb program together. I appreciate his strong desire to see his students succeed into the field of Pharmacology. I know through this course I will have the confidence and knowledge I need passing to pass the exam.

Easily accessible course, and easy to comprehend coursework. It is easy for me to come back if I have not finished reading a module, and I am able to take the course at my own pace. The slides are simple and very understandable. This is a great course for anybody looking to be a Pharmacy tech.

I had a great experience with Pharmacy Tech Scholar. The course was very comprehensive and easy to follow. Being able to go back into the course and review past material was a great benefit. Dr. Emmel is a great instructor. I really appreciated the online classrooms and easy communication when I had questions about the course or exam. As mentioned in my previous review, I have no criticism to offer (this, again, has been a fantastic course), though I do have one suggestion. I operate on a visual-basis, especially when learning new information, so the integration of word-image association in this course may serve as an additional facet of the preparation that, not only may help students retain more of the material in less time, but also help them understand what certain things look like and their function.
