Michael made updating our account easy and convenient

I have been using PHMG for almost 2 years now and they have always been so professional and quick with responses, very friendly service and accommodated to my additional needs, thank you so much :)

Maddison was awesome during our onboarding process. I specifically dealt with phone system audio and their product sounds amazing. They were very attentive in every detail - producing the requested audio in the proper format for our system. They even offered to connect and handle everything on their end although I chose to upload the audio myself - very satisfied!

Service is always very friendly, prompt and efficient. We have used PHMG for a few years now and have never had an issue.

I had a great experience working with PMGH. Their team is professional, responsive, and always willing to help. Communication is clear and efficient throughout the process.
Their technical support is also excellent, they are available to schedule calls when needed and always assist in a courteous and professional manner.
I would definitely recommend their services.

This was an AMAZING experience. Maddison help answer every question I had and made sure I understood the product. Cameron also was very accomodating. He understood when I wanted voices changed and verbiage changed. Thank you so much to both of you and to PHMG. I will recommend PHMG to all of my business colleageus.

Absolute shadiest company I have ever dealt with. Signed on with them, quality was horrendous and their system caused my business to miss calls. They could not fix it but still forced me to pay for a service I could not use for the next 2 years until my contract was up. I even went as far up as speaking with the vice-president who let me know they were a multi million dollar operation with 40,000 worldwide clients. He still would not let me out of the contract. There was a class action law suit against them in Australia for unfair business contract practices. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF SUPPRESSED PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF ON THE WEB WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCE. JUST READ THEIR MEDIA LICENSE AGREEMENT. IT IS VERY ONE SIDED IN THEIR FAVOR

Chris was excellent. We have been a PHMG client for several years. When Chris took over our account he came prepared: he knew our account, anticipated our needs, and came to the first meeting ready to go with new ideas and suggestions. I could not be happier with the service received from Chris and PHMG

I would strongly caution anyone considering PHMG.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. During the sales process, several assurances were made to get us to sign up, including pricing reductions and flexibility around the contract. However, once we were locked into the agreement, the communication and tone changed completely.

What was promised during onboarding does not match what is now being enforced. When attempting to clarify or act on the options that were previously discussed, we were met with rigid responses and pressure tactics rather than solutions.

It feels like a classic bait-and-switch approach: attractive promises upfront to secure the contract, followed by a very different interpretation of those promises later.

If you are considering PHMG, I strongly recommend getting every single commitment clearly documented and reviewing the contract very carefully before signing.

I had a great call today with Michael and he answered all of my questions and concerns. I'm excited to get our phone scripts updated and look forward to a great working partnership. He helped me understand the process and showed me ways I could integrate tools into other areas of marketing.
