Current student received my associatesâŠ
Current student received my associates now im on to get my bachelor's. Honestly im so done with financial aid. Its something every disbursement period. Excuses and the same response when you ask what's going on. I want to transfer

When I first started the online coursesâŠ
When I first started the online courses here 2 years ago, everything was fine disbursements were made before the said dates, excess funds were sent either that same day or the next, which was good especially if you use it to pay rent and bills. As of last year things went downhill, the timing of disbursements was never consistent and it seems to be this way this year as well. Disappointed. You guys need to work on faster on time disbursements. Academic side is rather top tier, I have nothing negative to say about that, the user interface is the best that I've used so far, it's quite easy and simple which is perfect for me.

Would not recommend
While on the academic side I have no complaints. However,on the financial side, this schools accounting is horrible. In addition, the lack of accountability and transparency regarding the disbursement of funds led to a very harrowing experience. The troubles I had dealing with the financial department put a dark cloud over my life to the point of robbing me of the joy I should be experiencing with the accomplishment of a 4 year degree. Instead, I now just want it to be over with and put it all behind me. I looked forward to hanging my diploma on the wall with pride and now will likely pack it away and hope that time will will eventually rinse the bitter memory from my mind. My advice- do not dare question the crown,it will do what it wants with your money,as long as they get theirs.
I have contacted the financial services department multiple times all Iâve got is the runaround and no solid dancers. Itâs a complete joke and itâs a complete disaster and Iâm suffering mental health issues from it. What this school has done to me is criminal.

Everything

I really enjoyed English 1
I really enjoyed English 1. I was able to learn more about writing short narratives
Flexibility for classes!
The flexibility to be able to do my classes from anywhere at anytime. As a mom to 2 very busy boys this makes school exceptionally less complicated and more achievable.
Professor are supportive and coursesâŠ
Professor are supportive and courses related to job experience. Administrator and staff team are encouraging and answered questions in a respectful manner. Positive outcome
This school has a problem withâŠ
This school has a problem with communication. Not only between their staff in the various offices but with their students. I was given an advisor that I spoke to twice in the year and a half I attended this establishment. I spoke with countless other advisors but the one that was assigned to me was most of the time unavailable. In seeking assistance for my disabilities, I was granted accommodations but was still left in the dark when needing assistance. In the end I stopped my accommodations and let the grades land where they did. If I didn't understand I just would ask others or just do what I could to get through it cause asking the individuals I was directed to ask left things vague or lacking in understanding. Each department also has their flaws. Academics, Financial, they all have problems in doing what is needed to help understand why. They follow their script in how to speak to someone but do not actually give you the information that is needed to fix or solve an issue that arises. Even when you withdraw from the school there is still plenty of problems afterwards. Making sure your funding is taken care of is a big one that gets screwed in the long run, and even if they say they will expedite the process they cannot give you a timeframe on when it will be resolved. However, they can give you the timeframe of 30 to 45 days for them to return money to the lender you had. The communication, lack of compassion, and just downright disregard for the students that seem beneath their experience is outstanding and rude. I see all the reviews that this is a great place to go to school, but it was a complete nightmare for me. I am in total hope that others who struggle with a disabilities do not get treated in the ways I was at this school.

Counselors
Having an academic counselor and a financial counselor helped to boost my confidence.
A team of support
What makes my experience great is how the faculty, counselors and advisors all play a part in making sure that the students academics, careers and future are priority. The support is overwhelming and that is important to a students journey.
Not honored grading system
When telling students that the assignment is unlimited and the teacher said she basically donât care in week 4 that she knows it said unlimited she not regrading anything. Telling students it is unlimited tries and itâs not true is very misleading and has never happened in all of my years attending this school. Very disappointed and when I reached out to an academic advisor he said itâs nothing he could do.
