The program itself is straightforward, and while the classes were challenging, they were manageable and not overly difficult. My biggest issue was with the faculty rather than the coursework.
On multiple occasions, I was accused of academic misconduct despite completing all of my work independently and properly citing and referencing my sources. Additionally, many professors provided little to no constructive feedback on assignments; instead of explaining deficiencies or offering guidance for improvement, they would simply assign failing grades.
The grading policies also felt excessively harsh. For example, losing only 8 points on a 100-point assignment could result in not only failing the assignment but also failing the overall course grade. In my opinion, this grading structure is unreasonable and does not accurately reflect a student’s performance or effort.
Even when teaching out to the academic counselors for guidance they would only tell me to talk to my teachers and not offer any actual guidance.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this program to others.

I love the flexibility and everything is always readily accessible. The Professors and amazing very knowledgeable and outstanding.
I appreciate the consistency with the structure of the program, from assignments, communication with all staff members!

Easy access, great professors, timely information

It has been an easy ride due to the help and instructions from the faculty.

The classes are relatively easy, some you can work ahead. Grading scale is sucky. Never had an A- effect my gpa so much. No 4.0 anymore. A lot of group work assigned. Group members aren’t responsive and lack accountability. They produce material that doesn’t reflect graduate level education. The professors are nice and accommodating. Haven’t had issues beyond being assigned group members that don’t do their work or literally don’t try.

With the current courses they are great. The cyber class professors have been great and very personal. I have been able to talk to them offline. Especially the last two classes

Loved every instructor. Love that we learn so much in just a few weeks.

After being accepted, enrolling, being a great student for 2 years, A average, Honor's Sociey, and good attendance, I was just expelled out of the clear blue, because my diploma is no longer accepted. 33 credits completed, and a 3.7 GPA! This school crushed every goal that I thought they were trying to help me reach! My appeal was denied in less than 24 hours. 6/24/26 ! Be careful with this school! Seeking counsel immediately!

I am absolutely loving my experience with the university Of Phoenix. I really appreciate how the Academic counselors and schedulers work the classes together so that information crosses over and relays to the next subject that is being taken.

I enjoyed the BS program better then my MBA

I have learned so much and developed so many new skills and I can’t wait to be able to use these skills I’ve learned in my career!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My degree serves no purpose for my career path. Trusting my academic advisors to help me with making the right decision on the path i was advised to go in order to be able to work in education and complete my schooling in the timeframe I was aiming for have not benefited me. If you go here DO NOT get a degree in Science Management!!! Trying to secure a job in education has been so difficult to say the least and have took the certification test 3 times since I cant get a Statement of Eligibility. This has been a nightmare!!!

I was torn between University of Phoenix and Arizona State for my online BS in CS. I ultimately chose University of Phoenix because it is cheaper, but after 4 completed courses? I know I made the best choice. The classes are perfectly spaced. You have time to learn without worrying about dealing with a subject or professor for an entire semester. They scheduled my program for me. This prevented the stress of signing up for classes. I (so far) have a 4.0 in my program. Course #5 (ENG 210 - Enari) is making me really work to keep it but I am successful thus far. I work full time, wife, mother a 3 year old, just bought a house, and many other obstacles that only UOPX allows the time for.

I’m enjoying every moment while taking my courses and getting the best of life going to your college

I enjoyed my time at the University of Phoenix. It allowed me the opportunity to continue to work while pursuing higher education. My Professors were consistent in communication and being vocal about expectations. I have two degrees from them, and would possibly get a third, however they do not offer the doctorate I want to pursue. If you have interest in returning to school, this is a solid option. Just ensure you do all of your research.

This college program has been an amazing experience. It was very flexible to my needs to be able to work full time but complete my college for bachelors and for my masters. Very friendly employees, ready to help with anything. Very knowledgeable to their duties and tasks.

Achieving my Masters degree and working on my doctoral. They are trusting and have helped me with a scholarship of $1000. To help cover my tuition fees. Good recognizing Good. Thank God for the opportunity.

Outside of my great experience with my Program/Professors, it has been very rewarding, helpful and constructive. The financial aid program has made me Homeless. Though, I must finish strong!!

The flexibility to be able to complete assignments on time but at my pace was my greatest experience. Additionally, the tools that I learned will be of good use in my personal and professional careers.
