I cannot praise Phoenix Gas enough for their incredible response and amazing customer service.
I recently discovered a leak behind my dishwasher. I already had a boiler service booked with them for the following week, but as a new home owner and parent, I was incredibly anxious and nervous about the situation. I reached out to see if they could help sooner, and they immediately went above and beyond by sending their Partnership Manager, Stuart, straight to my house.
Stuart was an absolute lifesaver. He quickly identified and repaired the leak. Then, to save me the hassle of waiting around for another appointment the following week, he stayed to complete my boiler service right then and there! He even caught and replaced a failing burner seal and cleaned out a filter that had been neglected by previous engineers.
Five stars truly isn't enough to reflect their quick response, empathy, and professionalism. The entire customer journey from start to finish was seamless and a complete pleasure. I canât thank Stuart and the rest of the team enough!

Solar install
I recently had phoenix out to install some solar panels for me. What can I say... from start to finish this company have been second to none from first contact up to install has been so smooth the guys who fitted the panels were here on time, they didn't stop working even with all the heat and have done an absolutely fantastic job of installing my panels the electrician arrived later the same day and got it all wired and running before he left. Safe to say I was gobsmacked! Phoenix have made such an amazing impression on me im currently having a design done for an air source heat pump which I really cant wait for. So if your after renewable technologies these are the people to do it. thankyou phoenix for the work you have done it has been fantastic and an absolute pleasure to have you here, ill get the kettle on when you come to do my heat pump.

Heating problems
My heating had stopped working an engineer - Shane from Phoenix Gas Services arrived promptly he quickly identified the faults, He explained the issue clearly and arranged to return once the required parts were available. On his return visit he replaced the control panel in the kitchen, the thermostat in the hall also a valve on the hot water tank, everything is now working perfectly. He was professional, friendly and efficient throughout. Iâm very pleased with the service and would happily recommend.

Phoenix install my heat pump
I had Phoenix install my heat pump, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They carried out a free survey and helped me apply for the BUS grant, which saved me £7,500 on the installation.
The engineers, Vlatko and Nikolay, were fantastic. They worked incredibly hard, nothing was ever too much trouble, and they explained everything throughout the installation. They were professional, polite, and took great pride in their work.
I'm extremely happy with the finished installation and the excellent service I received from start to finish. I would highly recommend Phoenix to anyone considering a heat pump installation.
