As an Air BnB co-host, I contacted Phoenix HPR over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend with a boiler emergency.Yusuf, who represents this company, has arrived in a record time, was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to give us different options as how to treat the faulty boiler, keeping in mind both the cost as well as longevity. His âno nonsenseâ approach is refreshing. You can tell that he cares about his customers beyond just handing out an invoice. In simplest term - he wants to do an honest job. This isnât always the case in this field so to find a gem like Phoenix is quite rare. We will definitely come back to Yusuf for all our plumbing & heating needs.
