Yusuf was fantastic - a real one point solution!
He installed a fire door and new oven for us, as well as fixing our boiler and smoke & fire alarms. Everything was completed to a very high standard, and he took the time to explain what he was doing along the way. He was punctual, professional, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards.

Yusuf of Phoenix calmly and competently resolved urgent problems with 2 wc concealed cisterns replacing them with much cheaper but reliable one. including replacing decorative panels, also dealing with minor electrical work. Emergency Repair
We called Yusuf when our sump pump alarms indicated a problem. He managed to quickly understand the issue, explaining to us what had happened, and what repair was needed. He told us the costs involved and once the new part was received arranged a convenient time to install. I will certainly be using him again.

Yusuf came for an emergency leak through a ceiling - was there quickly and managed to pinpoint exactly where it was coming from even though was not an easy task. He sorted it and was very helpful and polite throughout! Would recommend and is now locked in my contacts as one to go to for any future plumbing problems or needs! Thank you Yusuf!

Excellent work replacing radiators and painting - very pleased!
Yusuf recently completed a job for us replacing several old radiators throughout the house, and also did some painting. He did a brilliant job on both. The new radiator installation was tidy and efficient, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
What really stood out was the painting. He was very careful, protected all the floors and furniture, and the finish is fantastic. It's great to find a tradesperson who can handle both the technical work and the decorating so seamlessly. He was professional, hardworking,

When my new dishwasher was delivered it…
When my new dishwasher was delivered it was discovered that the John Lewis plumber couldn’t install it because there was a waste disposal unit evidently blocking access. I needed, therefore, to find a skilled plumber who could connect the machine without causing too much chaos.
Yusuf was the man! He was friendly, informative, hard working, clean and tidy AND he managed to install the dishwasher without dismantling the waste disposal unit! An excellent job - I recommend him without reservation.
