Just done my mod1 and mod2 with phoenix and passed 1st time thanks to my instructor chris, chris is very good at delivering the training needed and doesn't stop until your right! I can't thank him enough for everything!

The training given could be more professional and the motorbikes could be in better condition even if they are training bikes.

Great support from people who really want to make sure you're successful.

Incredible staff made me feel very comforted when things didn't go to plan.

My instructor was a perfect blend of confidence, humor, and friendliness, turning what could have been a nerve-wracking day into one filled with fun and laughter. His teaching style was clear, engaging, and made everything feel effortless. Honestly, it felt less like a test and more like a day out with a great mentor. If you’re looking for someone who can make learning an absolute joy, he’s the one!

Yeah on that day the instructor made my day, they try the best to prepare me well to hit the road because I know how to drive that I have the international license but a little bit nervous 👍🏻

Great team at Phoenix, I did my cbt through to my full A license with them. Chris made me feel at ease being on the roads and with training exercises on the tarmac.

Chris the instructor did a great job on our CBT training course. He was cheerful and friendly and very knowledgeable.
His communication whilst out riding in traffic later in the day was excellent, very detailed on what we should be looking out for and how to approach hazards.

Did a CBT and Chris was a great instructor and took the nerves out of the course.

I just want to write a review of the brilliant refresher day/tests for my A2-A license upgrade.
It was a few years since I was on the saddle, so I was a little nervous to get back on.
and especially do the Mod 1/2 after just one refresher day. But Chris at the Bath site was really great, and it all felt like just going for a ride with a mate.
For me, it worked out as having a 1-on-1 training session the full day, which was great for me. 
We did about 3 hours of mod 1 training and 3 hours on the road for mod 2 training.
I passed my mod 1 with no faults. Then I went to the Bristol site of Phoenix motorcycle training.
I was with Will, who helped with a bit more Mod 2 training before the test.
I passed my Mod 2 and could not be happier. I want to thank everyone at Phoenix Motorcycle Training for helping me get my full license.
I think the pricing was great, and for me, the 1-on-1 training was what I needed to get back to it.

Outstanding Motorcycle Training Experience!

I recently completed my motorcycle training and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I trained on Kawasaki Z650 bikes at both the Bristol and Bath locations, and I can't say enough about the fantastic team of instructors I worked with.

Sean, Will, and Chris were all incredibly knowledgeable and patient, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident at every step. I did my first CBT with Mark Jaffe, and when it came time to renew it, I was lucky enough to train with Sean again. Chris and Sean, in particular, went above and beyond to help me improve my skills—I truly couldn’t have done it without them.

The entire experience has been top-notch, and I’m grateful for the support and guidance I received throughout the training. If you're considering motorcycle training, I highly recommend this team!

I did a day on a Back to Biking course with Chris. It was just what I needed. A refresher of key skills with slow handling around cones, before a ride out for a couple of hours.
I doubted that my rusty skills would come back let alone my confidence. But with Chris's reassuring attitude and experience I quickly felt comfortable back on a bike.
I'm still a little rusty in places and as with biking there is always room to improve, but all in all an enjoyable day and money well spent.

I had a very enjoyable day renewing my CBT my instructor Chris was excellent in all aspects as well as being very friendly and very approachable thank you for all your help getting me through my CBT

The instructors were really nice and understood u very well. I would go here again I would recommend this place to anyone who want to learn how to ride a bike

The instructor was very helpful, patient and informative, and made the driving sequence enjoyable and also fairly straightforward. Why there is no option to select Chippenham as my place of training on this review (not bath) ,I won't ever know.
