Had my CBT today, both trainers/assessors were brilliant. They both explained everything well, great demonstrations in addition to make sure all was understood, and great experience on and off the Road, this was my 3rd CBT, 1st time with Phoenix and it was the best by far.

I appreciate what i was taught, but i made it clear im the only person in my family that rides and i’m not overly experienced, this was taken advantage off massively, i was told to book another lesson and that i wasnt yet ready to do my cbt, even though i was able to shift gears, balance the bike, control the clutch ect..

Due to the fact i was never given a run down on what a cbt consists of, i went by my instructors word and continued to waste money on lessons i did not need, my last lesson i was even put along side two other learning students, i rode in circles for an hour with little to know instructions or teaching.

please. if you are young and just starting out your motorbike journey. you only need one pre cbt to work out if you think you’d enjoy it! your actual CBT instructor will teach you everything on the day.

So I had my mod one and my mod two with them, they were very helpful ,instructive ,kind very welcoming, and a great team in general, they helped point out the wrong/ mistakes and helped improve them. I was very happy with my results with one minor on both of the test. Would like to say thank you to the team and I appreciate it thank you.

Great experience with Phoenix motorcycles in Chippenham. From my CBT experience I knew I had to come back for my DAS and passed everything with no problems on the 3-day course. Big thanks to Leigh and Sammy who were great people and did a superb job to make things comfortable and easy going.

I used Phoenix to get my A licence. Chris is a great instructor. He helped me pass both Mod 1 and Mod 2 on the first attempt.

Jorge and Dylan were amazing very patient and makes everyone feel at ease, everything is explained step by step they were so helpful and I’ll be going back for another course.

Passed my CBT and DAS with Phoenix this year and it was a great experience. Excellent instructors and rigorous training that makes you feel safe and confident on the bike. Their bookings team are also excellent.

Will be doing more post licence training with them in future.

Did my CBT today here, first time ever on a bike. Ben, our instructor was fantastic and his passion for riding really came through. I was struggling in the initial part of the day and through his patience and encouragement I made it to the end of the day! Honestly had a good time and will be back for my DAS. Thanks Ben!

Although having had my full licence since 1991, I am a total newb when it comes to off road! Having just bought my first ADV bike I decided to get some expert tuition on a smaller machine before I do myself a proper mischief taking my larger bike off road!! I'm very fortunate living just a few miles away from the centre at Codford, Wiltshire and it was very easy to find! Stig (The Leg-end) was very engaging, affable and patient with myself and the other participant and lots was learnt on the very full day! We had a glorious day pootling across Salisbury Plain with lunch thrown in! The Honda CRF300's are a perfect training bike, small enough but with enough power to haul even my 100+kg frame around! I had an absolutely fantastic day and many thanks to Stig and Phoenix! Certainly worth every penny and I will probably be returning in the not too distant future! Highly recommended!

Excellent teaching by the 2 instructors. I found them both very helpful and knowledgeable, took their time to assist in areas where I may have struggled. Also went on a 2 hour bike ride, very enjoyable and thank you to the staff at the Chippenham base.

A very perfect training. Special thanks to Coach Andrew's patience, because my English level is low and I cannot communicate particularly smoothly, but the coach still guided me carefully and gave instructions.👍👍

Instructors are patient and very knowledgeable. Great experience.

Very well planned day, from feeling very nervous about the day to beeing made to feel confident enough to get out onto the road and ride.

An amazing journey - Lee and the team are great at what they do. Took me from never being on a bike to passing my mod 2 full license in around 4 months. Passed mod 1 and 2 others with no faults. Cannot speak highly enough on how they teach and support you. Anyone wanting to learn, this is the place to go.

I done my cbt followed by a few days training with Sean and Will. I passed my module 1 first time and ten days later passed my module 2 after half a days more training. Both Sean and Will were great. Very funny and professional. I was very nervous but they made me feel at ease with it all. The office staff were very helpful and friendly too. I would highly recommend phoenix for your training.

I did my CBT and DAS with Phoenix, all of the instructors I met were fantastic, I'd definitely look at doing some more advanced courses with them in the future.
