I had a great experience completing my first CBT. My instructor Chris was patient and really put me at ease, building my confidence throughout. I’m really thankful for it and will be back again in the future to go for my full licence.

My instructors were all excellent at there jobs. I all ways felt safe on the road I was given clear instructions with good communication and despite my mistakes they where always patient with great knowledge which helped me improve my riding and achieve my full license.

My instructor Chris is amazing, he help me out a lot! great person to talk to makes you feel at ease and not so stressed and help me understand and focus on the parts of my mods i struggled with. would highly recommend for passing your mod test!

I completed my CBT with Chris in Bath and it was stellar all around. Great teacher, nice motorbike, and really felt confident on the road portion with Chris guiding me via headset. Can’t recommend it enough.

I used Phoenix to get my A licence. Chris is a great instructor. He helped me pass both Mod 1 and Mod 2 on the first attempt.

I had to retake my cbt today after 2 years an once again i choose with sam as sam was absolutly amazing knew of my anziety an was very calming an helpful with absolutly everything exactly what you need an its second time of choosing to go back with sam as i felt so at ease an also taught me a bunch of new things so i highly recomend you give them a call to enquire please dont hesitate to contact chippenham phoenix an thanks for taking time to read my review

I was really impressed with the training that was supplied to me by Chris at Phoenix in Bath. I completed my CBT last year at a different location due to availability and after completing the big big taster session in January this year decided I wanted to complete my MOD1 and MOD2.

MOD1 training was excellent, with Chris being patient and putting me as a learner at ease. He helped me get over my fear of lean by explaining it in a physics sense which gave me the confidence to trust the bike. I passed MOD1 first time as did the other person training witih me.

MOD2 was the week after. Again, Chris was excellent in his approach to training - patient and knowledgable and able to pick out even small infractions that would be marked as minors on the test to ensure I was fully aware of everything that was required of me on the test. Because of his training, I passed that first time too and am now Fully Category A licensed and on the road.
