The customer service and training from Phoenix are top-class. The school is very accommodating and offers an excellent variety of course options. Personally, I was trained by Chris at the Bath training centre. He is a very experienced instructor who keeps his students entertained and always on the path of improvement.

Very friendly instructors (Sam and Mitch) who really know their stuff. I had a great day doing the CBT test and fully recommend this to others.

Chris and Steve were great instructors, clearly very experienced, easy going and probably most importantly patient and understanding when we each found various things difficult.

The "venue" was good enough, plenty of space to practice various maneuvers safely before going out on the road.

All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of doing their CBT or full license.

I did the CBT training with Phoenix on 16/10/2023. The instructor was friendly, personable and patient.
I will be a returning customer when I have passed my theory and go for full A class licence. Recommended.

Recently completed the direct access course (DAS) for my ‘A’ licence with Phoenix Motorcycle Training in Bath, and I can't recommend them enough!

My instructor, Chris, was simply outstanding. Not only did he ensure that I was well-prepared for my MOD1 and MOD2, but he also went the extra mile to help me perfect and hone my skills (and most importantly Pass!).

Massively appreciate how he invested the additional time to ensure I wasn't just passing the course, but truly mastering it. On top of that, Chris was also instrumental in helping me understand additional theory elements related to my MOD2, building on best practices.

If you're looking for world-class motorcycle training that's fun and takes you on the open road, Phoenix is the place to go, and Chris is the No.1 instructor to ask for! 👍🏍️

A great instructor, I spent 5 hours with him, and reinforced many things about my riding.

I recently completed a DAS course for my full A license with Chris at the Bath centre. Chris was very thorough with his training and broke down parts for the Mod 1 & 2 clearly. He had dozens of useful tips for the tests but also great general riding advice. I couldn’t recommend him and the rest of the team at Phoenix enough. Very friendly and approachable in all aspects. Thanks!

Patient and careful tuition, not too detailed to overload you, but plenty of alternative approaches offered specific to individuals and their personality/ability to ensure you succeed in your test. Fantastic experience. And they are really friendly and fun to learn with!

I did all of the practical modules with Chris at Phoenix from CBT right through to my Mod 2. Brilliant instructor teaching you how to ride to test standard but more importantly to safe levels in a relaxed environment. The motorcycles you train on are new and they provide all the gear if you haven't got it.
Credit to the customer care team as well, they were very friendly and awesome at finding a convenient slot for training and for the tests.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their bike license and will definitely be back for future advanced riding courses.

I had a very good instructor. Chris made sure we were confident on our motorbikes, and gave good clear instructions on what we needed to work on. while also having a good laugh along the way. thanks to him I passed both of my tests. would definitely recommend phoenix motorcycle training to anyone looking to be on two wheels.

Excellent instructor well versed in this knowledge and experience they make you feel comfortable and tell where you need to learn more I would highly recommend chris(bath) and definitely recommend pheonix to anybody
5 star is not enough is easily 6 or 7 star.
