Very helpful. They explained the process of transferring a number to where even I could understand it. They took time to go over a different pricing options and explain all the pricing to me in a clear concise form.

I have used Phone.com for many years to solve problems for my customers, in my home, and in my business. The platform is the most cost-effective and most flexible on the market.

Switched to phone.com from another big brand provider. Quite happy with the service and the level of tech. CHanging over was pretty easy. Their setup team knows what they are doing. We accessed their api to create a tool that we needed for an app we built. Service and support has always been spot on. Had a great experience with Jason today. Helped us navigate an expansion in our phone system quickly and easily.

Violet got me set up quickly and conveniently and everything was very straightforward. Wish all Tech Support was this good. Switched over from another competitive company who wanted both way too much money and took hours to get a hold of somebody for technical support. I couldn't be more happy

There is nothing wrong with Phone.com as a company. The service is straightforward and general customer service has been helpful. However, in my experience, it simply does not work properly on Android. I had persistent problems on my Android phone, whereas it worked properly on an iPhone. Unfortunately, when I sought technical support specifically for the Android issue, the support was effectively non-existent and the problem was never resolved. So my advice is simple: if you use an iPhone, fine; if you use Android, I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm very thankful for Mrs.Rosalind Ware because this is my first time getting a business phone number, and the patience and time it took to answer all my concerns were well received. I will remain with Phone.com, and I look forward to the future.

Phone.com has been a complete nightmare. I’ve wasted over $100 and hours of my time on repeated SMS registration failures, confusing instructions, and a broken process that still leaves me unable to reliably send or receive texts on my business number.
Their system is difficult to fix once something goes wrong, the rejection process is opaque, and basic controls are missing when you need them most.
If business continuity matters to you, I would 100% for sure avoid Phone.com.
