The App keeps fading out

The App keeps fading out. You cannot hear the other person in the middle of the conversation. It has been happening from last 3 months. The app needs update every week these days. Not good. Will stop using this after my balance is over.

-Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection.
-Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.

As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app.

You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Please look for the city closest to you on this page: https://phoneindia.com/access_numbers.

Without approval deduct money from my account

Without my approval they deduct money from my account. I got no satisfactory explanation for my email.

Hello,

Your used to have an active India 600 monthly plan, which is why you were charged monthly for it. Now it is canceled, so you will no longer be charged and you'll be able to use your Voice Credit for calls to India.

I am having an issue with drop calls


I am having an issue with drop calls every 10 to 15 mins call, since the last 5 months.
even though I downloaded/ updated app but no result.

Please help to resolve this issue.

You can't select another payment method because you've only added one in your account. You first need to add a new card or Paypal account and then you will have the option to choose a new payment method.
