Very polite and responsive staff with fast WhatsApp replies. I had a great experience overall. There was a small issue previously with the tempered glass for the 17 Pro Max not sticking properly, and the wet and dry wipes were missed, but the service was otherwise excellent.

Battery not fully compatible
