Avoid - Customer Service stinks

A hard to get computer screen, some delay in delivery but the communication was excellent via email. And they answer the phone if you call them!

DO NOT USE!! Terrible company. They sent me a faulty part, I asked for a refund, I sent the picture as they asked but they never bothered to reply back. £50 out of pocket. DO NOT USE

Sell rubbish quality items. Eg some of the screen suckers I bought were utterly useless. Not convinced the phone parts were genuine OEM. Search their 'Contact us' address (unit 3a SG51DN) to see where 'largest parts distributor' operates from.

Just received samsung battery and usb port both appeared genuine and in the phone working as should ,well pleased. All arrived next day can't fault em

First they let me order a part that wasnt in stock sent confirmation email and separate invoice email assumed everything was ok , they then sent an email an hour later saying they didnt have my order as my phone was out of order i couldnt read the email so thought my order was on the way they then asked if wanted the part in 2 other colours which i couldnt reply to as my phone wasnt working after getting no reply from me a few days later they sent an email saying they had refunded my card which would take 10 days so i ordered my part from another company. Only to check my email 2 days later to find they had sent an email saying my order had now been processed and was on the way ,so now i have to send their part back and wait 20 days to get my money back complete joke AVOID

I recently brought s23ultra glass back, and I was skeptical at first due to very bad reviews, but I got the replacement part quickly, which was genuine. Thanks, Phoneparts UK.

I purchased what was advertised as a genuine iPhone Service Pack screen from PhoneParts.co.uk, but the product I received does not configure like an authentic Apple Service Pack screen. It's likely a pulled or refurbished screen, yet it was sold at the premium price of an original Service Pack.

Apple Service Pack screens are supposed to configure seamlessly with the iPhone, ensuring proper compatibility and performance. This screen failed to meet those standards, suggesting it’s not an authentic Service Pack. It feels misleading to pay a high price for something that doesn't match the description.

I reached out to customer support but didn’t get a satisfactory response. PhoneParts.co.uk should improve transparency to prevent other customers from experiencing similar issues.

I ordered a pair of Samsung Z Fold 2 Batteries to repair a phone for a customer. The delivery time of the order was fantastic, next day with no problems. The issue was with the order itself. 1 of the 2 batteries was missing. I asked for a refund as I had to then get the part from an alternate supplier. This took multiple emails from myself, and then having to go to escalate the problem further to trading standards. All in all it took OVER 2 MONTHS to get my money back, minus the additional money I spent making sure all physical contact was recorder delivery. You cannot trust that they will respond without it.

This company will treat you poorly if you have any problems. I have gone from potentially using this company in future to never wanting anything to do with them.

Maybe that's how they like it?

Needed a new Poco F3 battery after it swelling up, ordered yesterday afternoon, arrived this morning and repair done. Battery seems totally legit, exactly the same as old one, still going through the calibration process, but I have confidence in the product so far. Definitely doesn't appear counterfiet as other reviews state, all in all excellent service and would definitely use again.

I see negative comments on here and I must admit when I ordered I then looked here and was worried I'd have a bad experience but I must say it was the opposite. I ordered a genuine back cover for a note 20 ultra and that's what I received, a Samsung service pack. I paid for next day delivery and I am in Ireland and that's also what I got. I ordered yesterday and received today via DHL! One thing though is that yesterday I did try contact the company on WhatsApp as I actually wanted to add a battery to my order before it shipped but they never responded to me so they missed out on the sale of a battery too but it is what it is! Thanks Phone parts!

Not sure about this company... made a purchase and was partially refunded a few days later with no explanation. Have reached out over email and awaiting a response.

Seeing all the other negative reviews, it almost seems like the site is scam to get sensitive info (credit card number, address, phone number, legal name) to fraud at a later date.

At the very least, these clowns are undependable and lack proficiency in professional communication. AVOID!

Scammers. They sell Chinese parts and claim they are "original". I bought a pixel 6 screen that was supposed to be original and with a 2 years warranty. After 6 months the screen started being glitchy, and when I returned the screen to be replaced, since it's supposed to be under warranty... it got rejected. No explanation northing. I asked for details and they stopped answering. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered the product I was looking for, paid immediately for a next day delivery. Never received any order confirmation but money debited from the account. 4 days later still no delivery, I call only to find out the product is out of stock and I am getting a refund. Again no communication.

absolute joke this company, i ordered the part and it was £8 than paid for it ,an hour later get an email saying price for this part is £12 and have to pay more.

Advertised an item in stock. Took order then refunded money next day saying item out of stock. Waste of time

Sells original spare parts that is (was) not available anywhere else. They shipped the product quickly but the shipping itself was awfully slow to my country. It took two weeks until I had the product in my hands.
This is something that's not in the hands of Phone Parts but is still a part of the customer experience when you order from them.

The website is usually loading very slowly for me. The order I made is still showing as "Processing" - something I told the customer support through the chat function last week. When it says processing it's not showing any tracking number for the shipment even though they already sent it. (I had to contact CS through the chat to even know that they sent it)
I also sent an email to them (prior to contacting chat CS) about the package still showing as "processing" after a week. They never replied.
CS-chat was quick and gave me the information I needed.

Shipping is very expensive and since UK is not a part of EU it adds taxes and fees when importing to my country.

Summary: Alright but could be much better.

I bought Genuine Sony Xperia 10 IV XQ-CC54 LCD Screen Black - A5047173A from this company yesterday. I received the LCD screen the next day, Saturday. LCD screen arrived with original, service package, tested before error-free and smoothly.

Excellent products and service.

I contacted Phone Parts UK to check Battery compatibility for my Samsung S20. They replied very quickly and then supplied me with a new OEM battery and rear case.

The items were very easy to fit and are working perfectly. Great value for money.
