It's a scam. I paid and no updates immediately.
Later when I checked the previous reviews realised it was a manipulation.
Why are such websites still able to operate after cheating many.

Had ordered flowers to be delivered on 21st Jan which was my mother’s birthday. Order was successfully placed. But the flowers were not delivered. On calling the helpline, they said that it cannot be delivered and it will take a few days. We immediately asked them to cancel the order and they agreed. After that they are not picking up calls and on calling from other numbers the person is saying that refund has been issued. There is no response to emails or complaints on their website. It’s been more than 10 days and no response. This is a FRAUD COMPANY do please do not waste your money and fall into their trap...

They delivered a subpar bouquet after the party was over. We were cheated. Never order from them. You will regret

They only call the number that you have given, they do not physically come to the location if we don't pickup the call,had ordered a bouquet for my sister who completed 5 years at a company, he himself decided looking at the note that it was not urgent , and did not attempt to come to the location, cannot believe such incompetence.

Horrible horrible service. No flower delivered, no timely communication and no refund. 💯 Do not recommend. I regret buying from here!

I ordered a flower bouquet for a special celebration, but Phoolwala completely failed to deliver it on time. They didn’t even mention anywhere on their website that they wouldn’t be able to deliver.

When I called to ask about the issue, they told me it was my responsibility — which is completely unacceptable! Later, they promised to deliver the bouquet the next day, but the birthday was already over, and even then, nothing was delivered.

To make things worse, they stopped answering my calls. Such unprofessional and careless behavior from a service that deals with special occasions is shocking.

Phoolwala is not trustworthy. They ruined a special day and provided no proper communication or support.
I strongly don’t recommend ordering anything from phoolwala

The company is biggest FRAUDULENT company. They took order and payment from me, and they never delivered. They initially promised refund and then just never returned money, it’s 3 months now. Need to call out cybercrime india to take a note on such fraud service and request closure.

I ordered a bouquet in malviya nagar .
They delivered on time ensuring quality and freshness of flowers.
But my recommendation is that they should keep more design and options to choose from.
Otherwise they are super cool.
