We’re really sorry to read this, but we do want to reassure you that we are absolutely not a scam.

We’ve requested further information from you through Trustpilot in order to locate your order and resolve this, but unfortunately we haven’t received any details back. We’ve even gone as far as contacting several recent customers with the first name Patrick to try and identify the order, however none of them matched your situation.

If you’re able to get in touch with us directly at Hello@PhotoFresh.co.uk
with your order number, postcode, or the email used to place the order, we would genuinely love the opportunity to look into this and get a replacement sent out to you if your parcel has been lost.

We’re here to help, and we’d really appreciate the chance to put this right.

We’re really sorry to read this and would like to clarify a few points.

Our team responds to emails as they are received, and our records show that all of your messages were replied to within our usual 24-hour response window, so we’re a little confused by the suggestion that we didn’t respond.

Regardless, we must apologise that your order did unfortunately arrive slightly later than expected. We didn’t quite hit the mark with this one, and we completely understand how frustrating that can be.

As discussed via email, we went ahead and issued a full refund for your order. We have since reached out several times to try and make things right but haven't heard back. Again, we’re very sorry again that the experience didn’t meet expectations.

We’re really sorry to read this and would like to clarify a few points for context.

The next day delivery option refers to the shipping method once production has taken place, not the overall turnaround time. We have messaging across our website explaining that production times range from 5–10 days depending on demand, and we also clearly communicated the Valentine’s Day cut-off date due to high order volumes at that time.

As explained in our messages, we did attempt to amend your delivery address when you contacted us. Unfortunately, by that stage the order had already entered the dispatch process and the label had been printed, which meant we were unable to intercept it in time. We absolutely were not trying to shift blame, only to explain the situation transparently.

To resolve this for you, we have offered to resend the order to your new address free of charge, and we have also processed a full refund, which can take 3–5 working days to reflect depending on your bank.

We’re genuinely sorry this experience caused frustration and disappointment, especially as it was intended as a gift. Our intention has always been to resolve this fairly for you.
