Even though my experience was short and sweet with Photoserge, it was a positive experience. I wasn't looking to buy any learning material from this photography company but Serge was able to navigate me towards some free content that I could take a look at in the meantime. Serge was kind and informative; it was greatly appreciated. A job well done when it comes to customer service, Serge! 👍🏾👍🏾

I have completed courses, attended webinars and in-person workshops with Serge. I have learned so much and the quality of my photography has taken a quantum leap thanks to Serge's advice and support.

I been following and using photoserge presets and course for quite some time and have learned a great deal. recently my computer crashed and i lost all my software,presets,apps etc. team at Photoserge had me back up and running with all my previously purchased materials as i couldn't access. huge thanks Patrick !

Since 2022 I have been participating in Serge Ramelli's Photo workshops. They have changed my life and my whole photography experience.
The personal attention, the excellent planning and the experience of a beautiful final product leaves me totally satisfied.

Their customer service folks respond quickly and with the correct results. The presets are extremely helpful in getting the look I want from my photos. Will continue to buy from Photoserge.

Photo Serge has some excellent courses - He is very engaging and enthusiastic, and takes you through everything step by step so at the end you feel everything has been covered and you are much better informed.

I have used the support email a few times and the response is very good.

I was really wrapped when Serge said that my photo was a good shot.

Made an account a few years back, now I receive about 3, 4 spam emails per day from this website, despite having unsubscribed multiple times.

I had mistakenly purchase some of Serge’s courses only to realize that I already had them. I contacted Serge’s customer support and was immediately helped by a man named Patrik. He was very responsive and was a great help.
I have used Serge’s customer support before when I had difficulty installing presets. Immediately they helped me.
I would highly recommend Serge both for his masterful skills—and his ability to teach them—and for his great customer support.

I was given the opportunity to download some of the Lightroom presets offered by Serge Ramelli and took him up on the offer.

I'm actually a long-term follower of Serge Ramelli on his YouTube channel and have found information offered by him to be clear and concise.

What an experience, I have been a fan a follower and a student of Serges for some time, this was my third workshop and I have to say was one of the best experiences I have had, the guidance and the attention to the students he gives it is no wonder he gets so many of the same people return for more workshops with him, its a real family atmosphere and you get to make new friends for life.

I received a prompt email response to my posted concern that conveyed notifying me that the concern was fully resolved. The content of the email was polite and professional.

In addition to serving top tier training and photography products, Serge provides stellar customer service as well, specifically Pat. I had an issue with inadvertent multiple accounts that Pat resolved with minimal fuss and frustration. I also greatly appreciated the security check Pat requested before servicing my request. All in all, a superb experience and example of exemplary customer service.

I asked a question, and Serge's team was straight on to it. I am loving the courses i have purchased and am having fun using the presets.

Everyone was willing to put time and effort into correcting the issues I was having with my account. Patrik very quickly found the problem and got it corrected.

My question and problem were quickly understood and corrected immediately.
