The specific approach was quite useful as it pointed out a clear approach to solving problems as we progressed through the series of steps.

Their tutorials and tools are very easy to use yet offer as good or better quality than other software companies. They've been very good for Lightroom tutorials and have great Lightroom presets. Great company!

Many extras...
I was shopping online for a PDF that I wanted. Found a copy here at a great price. Ordered it and they not only gave me my PDF, they added extra PDF's. This purchase was well worth it.

Video Proc AI Editor
I’ve waited a month to review VideoProc AI, because I wanted to put it through its paces. Bottom line, I like this product. Great for upscaling videos and cleaning up blurry pictures and 8mm film to DVD transfers. If I had one minor issue, it would be that the luminance levels are a bit too high for my taste when upscaling with the highest settings… maybe I need to do more experimenting… in any event, I rate VPAI 5 starts out of 5 *****

Hi Tomasz,
Thank you for sharing your experience — we’re genuinely sorry to hear that the software did not meet your expectations.
We strive to describe our products as clearly and accurately as possible, and it’s disappointing to learn that your experience felt otherwise. Photo recovery and repair results can vary depending on factors such as file condition, corruption level, and file format, which we do try to mention on our product pages.
That said, we absolutely don’t want any customer to feel dissatisfied or misled. If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to review your case, understand what went wrong, and see if there’s anything we can do to help or clarify.
You’ve already cancelled your subscription, and we respect your decision. If you’d like us to look into this further, please reach out to us at support@photowhoa.com
with your order details.
We appreciate your feedback — it helps us improve both our products and communication.
Best regards,
PhotoWhoa Team
