Had mine about 7 years now , great service , any issues sorted very quickly. I used it as my everyday tv viewing .

Latest tv series and sports available that we want to watch, good customer service if any problems.

Great service, customer services are always quick to respond and help resolve any issues. Into my 2nd year with them.. didn't hesitate to renew.. Would recommend.

scam, stay away.

Sales team never reply, and attempted to get a refund to just be ignored £69.99 down the drain.

Had subscription for 3 years, can’t fault it, contacted support on Sunday with a subscription issue replied with 2mins can’t get better than that!

Do not sign up, had ben using for years but have upped their prices and now charged me double and wont refund, no reply after 10+ emails and their phone numbers dont work now, also their service has stopped working so just scamming customers

I have paid for a subscription but 5 days and six emails later I have received nothing!!!

Paid for a package ten days ago but unfortunately have been unable to make contact with anyone to arrange setup despite repeated emails, website queries, whatsapp messages and contacting the live chat

Do not understand why as I know two other people who use this site and have done for a number of years, I am now trying to get a refund but I am not very hopeful based on service to date

Bought a 24h pass yesterday. After 45min of not receiving anything, I called the customer service. the call was answered quickly nut was very underwhelmed by the service. I was asked to give the email address I used, but half wsay through giving it, the guy couldn't be bothered to finish and told me that the email with codes should come within 24h... not great when you buy a 24h pass... you want it straight away!
Checked my emails regularly for 24h .... still nothing!
Tried to ring the customer service again and.... noone to pick up!

Brilliant service by Hamon just now, helping me re-install my PHTV. Being very patient and guiding me exactly through what I needed to do and it's a nice new app.

Scam! Paid money but got no email to sign up. Contacted customer support twice. No reply. AVOID.

Excellent service and great value for money. Best IPTV service around, have been using this for over 3 years now and can’t rate highly enough.. would recommend everyday of the week.

Absolute scam what a waste, took my money. Never heard anything back. No reply from them whatsoever.
