Constant buffering and freezing on all sports channels, yet not on movies etc? Tech are unable to offer /suggest any solution despite several attempts. EPG does not update automatically and requires constant updating manually. Not ideal.

Honestly, THE most infuriating thing in the world… every single match I watch it freezes every 5-10 seconds. I have to change channel and go back for another 10 seconds of viewing. No one to speak to, no help, have paid for the year and haven’t watched a single game without continuous freezing. I’m honestly on the edge of smashing the TV it’s so annoying. Do NOT waste your money on PHTV Media.

i have had this phtv since 2021, now its stopped working but the company keep telling me there are no issues, but there clearly is. we cannot watch the tv it keeps stopping and freezing all the time, no help at all from the PHTV people.

I had a subscription with PHTV for some time and was quite satisfied. However, when I had a dispute with their sister company Surfsmart over unauthorised deductions from my bank account, PHTV decided to cancel my subscription, £34.95, and terminated the service. Despite numerous emails PHTV refuse to refund the subscription and have now blocked my email address. There is a telephone number listed for PHTV but it is a fake number, indicating this is a company not to be trusted.

Hi, my subscription runs out on the 23rd of December. I have sent numerous emails trying to renew for the past six weeks with no response.
I have had an account with an agent for three years but they have unfortunately stopped doing renewals and are uncontactable. I have tried the phone number and the only response I am given is to email.
Can somebody please advise me how to renew, as I don't want to lose this service.

Hi I purchased a subscription 4 days ago and still not received any login details I've tried ringing but no one answers and I've emailed 4 times and no one has got back to me don't know what else to do beginning to think its a scam. I hope it isn't

Really good app , easy to install and easy to use and if you are having any trouble, they deal with it very quick

Probably the best iptv I've had and I've had loads over 2 years subscriptions had no problems at all with this company I guess the negative reviews are ones with poor Internet keep it up guys great service.

Been a customer for about a year and as others have said hsd an occasional blip but definitely one of the best iptv services have ever tried with a top notch customer service.

Have had a subscription for two years now. Unfortunately unless the continuous freezing of films stops I won’t be renewing in a months time. I have 1gb full fibre so that’s not the issue. Watching via a fire stick.

Been using PHTV for nearly a year and it’s great. Had a few hiccups here and there but in general it works really well and have very few complaints. Only thing I would say is that when you do have an issue, the response time isn’t the best. I’ve had an issue logging in for the past 4 hours and supposed to be having friends round to watch the UFC but looks like that isn’t going to happen now which is quite disappointing.

Do not trust these Indian scam masters.
Even sent me a picture of my Mrs and me at the airport with a sinister message.
Nothing worked, got nothing for my money.

Ive had phtv for around 6month, service is fantastic, lots of live tv channels to watch from around the world, including all sports. Lots of movies to watch on demand including cinema movies. Always works perfectly. Great customer service on live chat, cant fault this company at all. 1st time ive ever had iptv and worth every penny

This company is awesome ..the service is second to none..not sure why some bad reviews as I've had no problems. Renews straight away every month as I pay monthly..customer service is also great and fast.

Early days but the service received so far has been excellent, in fact,difficult to say how it could possibly be improved. Customer Support and PHTV has exceeded my expectations and have now been able to cancel my NF subscription. Thanks
