Wir hätten uns keine bessere Unterstützung für unsere Hochzeit auf Phuket wünschen können! Vom ersten Kontakt bis zum großen Tag am 13.12.2025 war der Phuket Wedding Service unglaublich professionell, herzlich und zuverlässig. Das Team hat sich um jedes Detail gekümmert und unsere Wünsche nicht nur umgesetzt, sondern sogar übertroffen. Die Organisation war komplett stressfrei, die Location traumhaft und die gesamte Atmosphäre einfach perfekt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die liebevolle Betreuung und die schnelle, unkomplizierte Kommunikation.
Ein ganz persönlicher Dank geht an Thomas und sein großartiges Team – ihr habt unseren Tag zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht und uns jederzeit das Gefühl gegeben, in den besten Händen zu sein. Dank euch konnten wir unsere Hochzeit in vollen Zügen genießen und unvergessliche Erinnerungen schaffen.

Unfortunately, our experience with this wedding planner was disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, with weeks passing by without any response (after payment!! Before it was better), which made planning very stressful and to be honest also very useless considering it stressed us so much more.

On the wedding day, some elements were mixed up, and it felt at times like the focus was more on money than on delivering a reliable service. While the officiant delivered a good performance overall, important personal details that were very meaningful to us were forgotten, and some items we hadn't booked appeared instead.

Additionally, the photographer was not a professional but someone who seemed to be handling multiple roles (make up and photos and video cutting), which affected the quality of the photos and overall coordination. Also the team didnt speak good english which made it very hard to coordinate for photos etc. We had hoped for a more professional and attentive approach on such an important day so we wouldnt reccommend
