I have recently used Picanova for a large Canvas Print. I cannot fault it - the product is good quality, the Canvas Print colours are true to the original image. I totally recommend this Company.

I ordered a canvas print of my son and daughter in law.
Print arrived
DATE & TIME printed in huge letters
across the top of print, Ridiculous !!
Have rang & emailed company nothing has been resolved.
Will never use or recommend this company again

Have used Picanova twice now and both times the quality of the print and the matt black frame have been excellent.
Good value and quick delivery

I ordered a canvas on 7th March - hoping it would be delivered in time for Mother’s Day on the 14th. It is now the 23rd March and there is no sign of the canvas, nor any traceable shipment. Customer service has been terrible.

After hearing nothing I chased on 13th and got a reply two days later on the 15th with a reasonable excuse that my original canvas had failed a quality check and they had replaced the order with the factory and offered me a 50% voucher to use next time.

I replied straight away to explain that I had ordered at 70% off anyway, so a 50% voucher that could only be used on full-price products wasn’t very useful to me. A day later they offered me a 70% voucher that I accepted, but I still had received no shipping notification so I chased again. I got the same word for word response about it being in production and would be dispatched ASAP.

On the 18th I finally got a dispatch email with a tracking number that could take up to 4hrs to become live on the UPS website. After several failed attempts and 35hrs I emailed again on the 19th to say the tracking ID didn’t work.

They replied on the 21st to say the canvas was with UPS and on its way to me. They restated the same tracking ID and said give it a few days and get in touch again if it hasn’t arrived.

On 22nd I got another email to say the canvas was on its way with a DIFFERENT tracking ID, which again doesn’t work with the UPS website. I emailed to ask what was going on.

I got a reply on the 23rd to offer me a 50% discount voucher with no mention of what is causing the shipment tracking IDs to fail nor any expectation for when I can receive my canvas.

It’s starting to feel like a scam website who are taking my money and running.

Terrific service. Canvas was delivered to Scotland from Germany 30 minutes after I received the email advising of despatch. Order to delivery = 5 days which, at this time of year is exceptional.

Excellent service. I ordered my item on Monday and received it Wednesday. The item was better than I could imagine. Will definitely be using them again

Picanova are a great company and offer a professional service with great offers and good quality prints.

The whole ordering process was easy, although I was unable to use PayPal. My picture arrived well packaged and looked great. I wasn’t able to track the delivery, but fortunately I was home when it arrived. This was my third order from Picanova, and I’ve always been pleased.

I’ve used Picaniva a few times and they can’t be beaten on value for money. Great quality, well packaged and speedy.
I’m looking for excuses to buy more!!

Photos reproduced brilliantly with a first class service. Great gifts at any time of year.

Picture is great but packaging now poor to let down the whole experience, was placed in a cardboard box same length/width as picture, no notes on package to say don’t bend etc. No bubble wrap or protective corners for frame. Ordered one years ago and it was packaged much better.
Picture arrived with broken frame, frame was loose in 3 corners and bottom length of wood was snapped/at an angle. To save the picture I had pick off the staples out around frame to remove canvas from frame then knock corners into shape and staple wood at corners, then straighten the broken wood to staple and then tape together.
Luckily the canvas wasn’t torn or damaged just stretched a little.

Excellent quality canvas prints. Fantastic value for money especially when bought on one of Picanova's outstanding deals.

I can't recommend Picanova any more highly. They are quite simply amazing. I have ordered from Picanova about 10 times and I have never been disappointed. Fantastic quality pictures delivered very quickly and at a great price.
