Received what i ordered. Unfortunately didnt work for my dog. I asked for refund like it states "100% guaranteed refund". Had to fill a questonaire out. They offered some free SK9 and pre and proboitics which apparently work much better together. I said ok. They never arrived. I have sent email after email for 2 weeks now. Not replied to any. Sent another 5 today. Been totally ignored. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. so disgusted at this company. you advertise one thing but dont carry it out. I will not let this mattrr drop until i am refunded 😡😡😡

Really pleased with this. My dog suffered with ear infections and itchy skin to the point he’d cry when I touched near his ears. After a couple weeks of this the difference was so clear, calmer, less irritated, actually wanting to be stroked again. Cleaning isn’t a battle anymore. I told Sarah I wasn’t sure if I was dosing properly and she sorted my confusion so fast, honestly lovely.

We’ve used pre and probiotics for Cooper for years but this one has genuinely been the most noticeable. He’s older now and had been slowing down loads but since starting this he’s livelier, scratching less and his coat looks loads better. His ears were always borderline gunky but now I hardly get anything when I clean them. Didn’t happen overnight but the overall shift has been worth every penny. Shipping was surprisingly fast, had it in hand before the weekend.

Really didn’t know if these would work because my dog’s symptoms change every other week. One day it’s itchy skin, next it’s gloopy ears, then it’s both. But after using this a while it’s definitely steadied things out. He doesn’t scratch constantly in the evenings and his ears don’t have that wet look anymore. Took a little longer to arrive this time but still came in good shape. Honestly glad we stuck with it because the difference is genuinely obvious now.

Tried everything for my sharpei Jethro, literally everything. He’s been allergic to half the planet since he was a pup and every vet visit felt like déjà vu, more meds, more drops, more “try this and see”. These tablets were my absolute last try before I gave up but within a few days his head shaking eased and the stench around his ears wasn’t knocking me back anymore. Not saying cured but definitely manageable now and that’s all we wanted. Customer service even checked in when I messed up my email address, really appreciated that.

My springer Ruby has had undiagnosed skin issues from the moment I got her, constant bacterial ear infections, yeasty paws, the whole lot. I’ve spent way too much money on treatments that only did anything for a few days. When we tried this it wasn’t instant but about two weeks in the redness just toned down and I could clean her ears without her crying or pulling away. Now she’s actually wanting cuddles again instead of hiding because she associates me with ear cleaning. Still can’t believe how much calmer she is. Order arrived quick which meant we could start sooner than planned.

Pick Peanut is honestly the only thing that’s kept my bulldog stable. We tried literally everything under the sun sprays, medicated washes, even the expensive vet-only stuff, nothing kept her skin normal for more than a week. After putting her on this she’s been soooo much less itchy and her ears don’t smell like they’re fermenting anymore. Some days are still up and down but the overall change has been massive. I had to email customer service about mixing it with her food and Sarah answered straight away, super helpful and not robotic. Delivery has been spot on each time too.

Do NOT trust this company! We made an order for some tablets for our pooch. We was automatically signed up for a subscription against our knowledge. The tablets didn't work but it was our choice to buy them so we accepted the loss. It was only when more money was taken and more tablets arrived that we had to return them. 6 weeks down the line, they have received the item back and confirmed this but still won't refund. There is no phone number to call, only email and messenger which doesn't make any progress. They take so long to reply that a new ticket is generated every time and you're back to square one. The bank have sent over proof as have we to them that no refund has been issued yet they still say they need proof. Be warned if buying from here!

Finally got rid of my dogs gunky ears after trying allsorts. Had a log in query and within an hour had a reply and solved problem. Would recommend.

I found this company to be efficient with fast delivery and quick response to queries and will def keep using them.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Pick Peanut. The products are expensive, and despite following all advice (including doubling the dosage and adding SK9), my dog showed no improvement – in fact, her itching and ear issues became worse over 4 months.

Given the cost and lack of results, a full refund under their 90-day money-back guarantee is entirely reasonable. Unfortunately, despite completing their process and sending multiple follow-up emails, I have received neither a refund nor a meaningful response.

This has been a frustrating and costly experience. Products were ineffective, and the guarantee has not been honoured.

UPDATE: I received an email 23/09/25 asking me to try additional products (free). I confirmed I did not want to try more SK9 as had already had it so would like the refund. I can confirm that I received another email today (24/09/25) confirming refund would be processed for the last order and it should be with me in 7 days. I take this to mean I won't actually have a full refund on the products purchased, so it is not in fact a 90 day money back guarantee.

UPDATE: I have now received the refund for both products and they also sent another one of their products as a gesture of goodwill. I havent tried the new product but appreciated the gesture. Thanks

I paid for next day delievery and it turned up 4 days later

My Rottweiler had severe, recurring ear infections. Black, smelly gunk in his ears that you could hear when he shook his head. His ears were sore and he would cry when you accidentally touched them. The vets charged over £1000 to sedate him and clean his ears, then gave steroid drops that worked for 1 month but allowed for further infection, despite continuous cleaning and reapplying the drops. I was willing to try anything and with this being natural I gave it a go. So far (4 weeks) so good, I can already notice a change, with each ear clean every couple of days, the gunk levels have not been coming back like I saw before. He is not shaking his head anymore and isn’t wary when we approach his ears, which i assume implies he is not in pain anymore. He’s so much more content for it. £45 vs £1000 is no debate for me, I shall certainly keep up with these tablets, anything to make sure my boy is happy.

I placed an order on 27th August, and by 29th August I had already received around 20 emails from this company. Only 2–3 were actually related to my order; the rest were promotional product emails.

I don’t mind receiving marketing emails occasionally (once a month would be fine), but being bombarded with several emails every single day is far too much. It leaves a poor impression.

I hope the company can reduce the email frequency, as this experience felt overwhelming and unnecessary.

Disgusting company to deal with. I’ve been waiting since 1st July for a refund, had an email on 12th August saying it would be ‘forwarded for processing’. Still no refund. Customer service rating 0.5 out of 10.

EDIT 30/08/25. I’ve already supplied my order number at least 3 times; and it’s also on the email messages.
I’ve also supplied my paypal address, as requested. Still no refund.
