I am so disappointed to be writing this review. This is based not on the product as that is excellent (SK9) but the appalling customer service.
I have loyally, by subscription had the above product.
My last order was paid for on 6th January. No body contacted me to tell me there was a problem with supply.
I have had no response to multiple emails, and they do not provide a telephone contact number.
If they really cared about the dogs who rely on their product, they should contact the subscriber - not just ignore.
I will be sourcing a similar product from alternative company unless they display better customer care.

My sharpei Bear is allergic to literally half the planet, every vet visit same meds, same talk, same drops. This was basically my “last go” and weirdly within a few days the head shaking eased and the gross smell wasn’t kicking me in the face. Not cured but manageable which is all we ever wanted. Customer service checked in when I messed my email up which was nice.

Good customer service and probiotics have been good sk9 is best but bit pricey for me

Tilly used to bolt when she heard me open the ear cleaner bottle, not anymore. The crusty bits aren’t building the same and she’s not going at them all evening. Took a bit longer to arrive this time but still fine.

Really disappointed to be posting this review, as previously I would have given 5 stars. However payment for January has been taken for Better Blend and SK9, but neither product has been delivered. I have tried 4 times to contact them, but no response. My supplements have now run out and thus far I have noticed no difference. Their poor response has done them no favours as I feel I have no alternative but to raise a dispute regarding payment and cancel my subscription. I will give them 24 hours - watch this space.

Update - I have niw been offered a refund as they are out of stock. There is no doubt in my mind that initially the products helped to get on top of chronic conditions, so may well be worth a try.

I’ve contacted them for a refund and still no reply.
I have tried again, after this I will speak to my bank.

Pick peanut have taken 2 payments from my account for Dec and Jan product, nothing has shown up. They are now sending me free stuff in what only feels an attempt to placate me that my dog has now been without a supplement that really helps him. No clear idea of what is going on, this feels more than a backlog after Christmas issue. This is a supply issue either due to lack of materials availability or even a cash flow one. Shame on you pick peanut for your lack of transparency. You can stop wasting your other product by sending it to me. Please get my sk9 orders out to me in the next week or I am going to cancel my subscription and will follow for a refund via small claims court if I have to.

To Be Honest Great Website But Its To Expensive To Keep Up And This Is My Boys Second Tub And Haven't Touched Him. But All Dogs Are Diffrent.

The expert opinions of people working at Pick Peanut is absolutely fantastic. I started my girl on the better blends & all of her gut activity improved within a week or two. I'm now going to move onto the SK9. After talking with a vet at PP plus an expert on thier brands for goals & achievement. It's now turned out she has hotspots & quiet itchy skin. So im going to try the next step which is aimed at these problems. I trust these guys completely.

Does anyone respond to emails? After fighting for an initial response, I am now waiting for a response to confirm my money back guarantee is being processed and I am constantly ignored. This is ridiculous, never seen such bad customer service. I will be taking this much further if I don't get a response within the next few days.

Tried contacting about a wrong placed order on a subscription I didn’t realise I had and had no reply. Have tried about 10 times with no Reply. The product didn’t do anything to help my dog on original order but gave it the benefit of the doubt and didn’t ask for a refund.

So disappointed in refunds process. This company major on their guarantee but when you try to return items they stall sending you what you need to do so and as of now, I’m just being ignored. Avoid

Have used this company for a while without a problem and it did seem to help my dog. However they have now taken money from my account in December and I did not receive the goods. I have contacted them because I thought the parcel maybe lost in the post but they said they never sent it because of a stock issue. No refund given though. I have tried to contact them several times since and have had no reply. They have now taken January’s payment but not yet despatched the order. I have tried to ring them today but the phone line is not available. Have sent another contact today to find out what is happening ( I try to give companies a chance!) but will be cancelling my account and taking further action.

Shocking service, claim easy return if not satisfied. Have tried for 5 weeks to return a subscription I didn’t want.
Everyday emailing and no reply. All I can say is stay well away!!!

Good products, good people, love the mission.

My dog had an overgrowth of yeast in her ears. After numerous visits to the vet , steroids and ear washes....nothing helped until I tried Pick Peanut Better Blend....within a week her ears were so much better. No more inflammation or gunky ears. She's been on these for about a year now and no reoccurrence of ear problems. No hesitation on recommending these . Thank you Pick Peanut...I have a much happier dog ( and much smaller vet bills )

I’ve had my cocker Mollie on probiotics before but none of them ever really did anything long-term. This one though, honestly the first time her ears have been stable for more than a few days at a time. She used to shake her head constantly and cry at night but that’s nearly gone. Still get the odd flare but nothing like before. Cleaning is soooo much easier now, she doesn’t fight me anymore. Package came quick and customer service were actually real people which is rare these days.

My bulldog has always had rough skin and awful-smelling ears, like proper swamp smell. We changed food, cleaned daily, tried everything but nothing stuck. Since using this his skin feels smoother and his ears aren’t giving off that thick yeasty gunk anymore. Took maybe a week or so before we noticed it but it’s been consistent since. Delivery was good and Sarah helped when I wanted to update my subscription because bulldog life is expensive enough without me messing that up.

My 9-year-old choc lab has struggled with ear issues most of his adult life. Thick brown discharge, redness, non-stop shaking, the usual lab stuff. Put him on this and didn’t even realise how much better he’d got until I noticed he wasn’t slamming his head against the sofa every night. He’s brighter, happier and his ears aren’t giving off that horrible smell anymore. Genuinely wish I’d found this sooner. Came in the post pretty quick too which was handy because we were mid-flare when I ordered.
