Is this company still in existance? I have left numerous voicemails, no one ever answers the phone, I have tried emailing- no response. Not sure what's going on- I heard they went out of business. Would like to order more letter tiles.

I ordered two sets of three "street signs". They had to be purchased in sets of three due to the requirements of a Groupon deal. They were all ordered at the same time and all six arrived in one small box with one tracking number. The metal wasn't quite as sturdy as I thought it would be but they do look very nice and my grandkids are going to love them at Christmas. I ordered them in a variety of colours which all turned out to be very vibrant. The lettering is well placed and they should last a long time. My criticism was in the shipping charges. I paid $34.00 each for two separate orders for a total of $68.00. ( the most economical option offered. I am a pensioner on a fixed income ). I assumed they would have refunded the second shipping charge once they realized they could package everything together in one order, with one tracking number and in one delivery, but they did not. $68.00 is too much for a small 1.5 pound box and I don't know why I was charged two shipping charges for one package. I will not order from Pictureitcustom again. Not because of the quality of their product, but because I feel that I was cheated by paying two charges for one delivery.

I don’t want to be negative, because this company is great and has nice stuff.
However, I ordered a 20 inch canvas picture for my husband for his birthday, and the quality of the picture is absolutely blurry. So blurry that if you look at it long enough then your eyes will hurt. I would appreciate another
20 inch canvas picture. The canvas is of my husband mother and father and sister and brother.
(Father & son have recently died.) 😩
I would be very great full if you would help me with this problem.

Very disappointed in the framed canvas print! The people in the picture look like zoomed in close up rt to the frame! Total disappointment!

Despite numerous, and I mean at least 10, attempts, I have not been able to open an account. However, I was anxious to purchase a custom letter collage for my husband for Valentine's so I did it as a guest. The gift came late and has a very dull, ivory (almost yellow) tint to the entire art work, whereas the advertisement photos, showed the all to be more pure white, which is the basis for using the photos I did. Very disappointed in the website (not user friendly at all for creating an account) and also in the final product.

The ornaments were okay. However, when you redeem two separate groupons and have to pay two separate shipping fees, because you will not allow two groupons on the same order, the items should arrive in two separate packages. $20 to ship an 8oz package was a little much.

We did a few separate orders over the holidays. Their items are unique and well made. We also received them with-in a few days of our purchase. I’m so glad I came across their website!

Recently I had ordered metal print photos from a company in Texas and another from England. I also tried Picture it Custom with one photo and was pleased with the quality, fast delivery and friendly staff. I decided to order 5 more 11x14 metal photos and let me tell you I was blown away with the speed of processing and delivery (ordered on 11/3 and delivered 11/7!!!). The quality of the prints is stunning! They turned me on to a bundled price option with free delivery and it was so reasonably priced. These guys will get more of my business and I highly recommend them to those looking for high quality service and high quality products all at a very reasonable price. Doug

I ordered 4 12" clocks using a Groupon coupon. It said shipping price per item. Well, that cost me an additional $60 to ship those clocks. What is bad is that the clocks were all shipped in one box and the box was really light, because the clocks were. I feel that this so called flat rate shipping they offer on their website is not what happened. I feel like I got ripped off because it most certainly did not cost anywhere near $60 to ship that box. I emailed their customer support but never heard back from them.

I am a returning customer. In my book that speaks volumes regarding the level of customer service and product quality. I have called before each order and each time the call has been answered by a real employee (not some 3rd party service) and every attempt has been afforded me to ensure the highest level of care has been achieved. Incredibly quick turn around for custom products, also.
I could not possibly recommend Picture It Custom more!

False advertisement and never got any product

A GREAT product, wonderful customer service and shipped very quickly! It took only a few DAYS from ordering to receiving it, I'm so impressed! My personalized wall clock was carefully bubble wrapped and looks great! I thought I made a mistake upon ordering so I called Customer service. Kymber helped assure me all was well and confirmed my order. I'll buy again!!!

Just installed the scrabble tiles. It was very easy. The stickers could have been put on the back of the tiles. Will definitely buy again.

Great looking picture. The clock does not now, nor has it ever worked. Disappointing.
