LOVE Journey and love how you incorporated the album covers and signatures onto the sweatshirt. I also love the colour, as it made the lettering "pop".

Order a size larger or it's going to be too small. I ordered a 2xl the first time and it was at least a size too small. Tshirts all seem to be sized similarly online but not these. If you do order the wrong size they blame you for not reading everything and will not send you a correct to size shirt unless you pay to ship back to China. What a waste of money.

Got the product that I wanted but thought it was cordless but thats ok it still works amazing and can't wait for my hoodie and tshirt I accidentally ordered separately so it is what it is just paid double shipping lol 😀

The sweater came but was the wrong size. I ordered 2xl and they sent a small.

Never received item. Says can't find address but fed ex, usps, Amazon and ups find it. SCAM

I ordered a hoodie but received a T-shirt instead. Despite providing screenshots of the product page and order confirmation, the company repeatedly claimed I had ordered a T-shirt and refused a refund. The issue was only resolved after involving my legal insurance. Based on my experience, I would obviously not recommend this website.

Never received my item. No phone number to call. I emailed three times and was told too bad for me. Waste of money. They told me it was delivered but I was home that entire day. Just simply a waste of money and a company that refuses to help in any way whatsoever.

Was easy to order emailed confirmation arrived in an acceptable time.
Was kept informed on status till it got dropped off happy with experience.

Tried changing the EST date and I emailed the same day as I ordered and customer service doesn’t email me back for my info until the day they shipped it which doesn’t make sense

All is good,but add KLARNA as a payment option. Much better for all different reasons....

I ordered an embroidery of my cat on a sweatshirt. It looked nothing like my cat or the way the design was supposed to be. In the sample it showed a pic of a dog that was outlined and filled in with the colors of the dog including the eyes. Mine was just an outline that didn’t even look like my cat. After 12 emails they still only offered 50% off what I paid and wouldn’t give me a full refund. If I wanted a refund I needed to send it back to china and I needed to pay shipping. Then they would decide if they would refund me by the time they got if. Horrible !!

I like the quality of items and how beautiful the designs were. The reason for a 4 star rating was I ordered a hoodie and got a sweatshirt instead.

I ordered a hoodie but received a sweatshirt without a hood. The material is very thin, not like sweatshirt material at all. I emailed the company and received an email that says I received what I ordered with an attachment of my order. The picture shows a thick hooded sweatshirt and the description says “ Big fan of human rights Hoodie, Human Rights Hoodie” but underneath says sweatshirt. This is false advertisement and very misleading! Do not purchase from this company!!

This is the most awful company that offers subpar customer service. The item that I believed I was ordering was entirely different. When I requested a return and received the item I desired, they informed me that it was the item I had selected and that this was their solution. They are the absolute worst!
