I ordered 2 hoodie sweatshirts. My order was delivered promptly but was not what I ordered. I received crew neck sweatshirts instead of hoodies. I contacted customer service who just argued with me. I said I wanted to exchange for hoodies or get a refund. They refuse to do either. Their return policy states they have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I asked how to do the return & they just ignored me. Don’t buy from this company! They do not honor their word.

The product is well made, and it came pretty quickly! I toon a shot on a social media ad because the "fan of human rights" seemed super relevant. Looks super cool, is comfy and worth every cent!

I ordered a hooded sweatshirt and received a very poor quality shirt without a hood. The company keeps trying to convince me that I got what I ordered when my receipt clearly shows that I ordered a hooded sweatshirt. They are refusing a refund. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. It’s very poor quality and the absolute worst customer service.

The whole process was very easy I got exactly what I ordered and it didn't take months waiting on arrival I was pleasantly surprised and am a very happy customer

Ordered a sweater for Christmas. One of those “ugly” or “funny” ones as a gift. It was delivered late and after Christmas. I requested a refund and they replied back “the item was delivered on time, and in perfect condition”. After some back and form emailing they then replied” we are having logistical issues and are working diligently on the problem”. They offered to refund the shipping cost. I declined and replied that I want to return the product and receive a full refund to which they said “ the product you ordered is custom and personalized… so it’s not eligible to return”. This company is trash. Don’t order anything from them. They don’t hand make anything. It’s sounds like some drop shipping company. Trash business, trash company, trash ‘PoLiCiEs’. Stay away.

I received my product. This sweatshirt feels like it’s 100% polyester, the tag is in a different language, Chinese I think. The website pictures are deceiving, it’s supposed to be a cotton blend. I contacted customer service for return and refund and they said sorry you’re not happy. Don’t waste your money. DO NOT BUY from this company, you’re not getting what’s advertised.

I do wish the clothing was more affordable, as I'm currently drowning financially and otherwise.
I have a vague understanding of cost and overhead for printing and embroidery so I do understand the pricing, I just wish I could afford to buy more!
I purchased 3 hoodies for myself and family and I cannot wait for delivery!

Said my item was shipped and should have been received. The tracking number says it’s invalid.

If I could put ZERO stars I would! Awful awful experience. The package was for Xmas and it was supposed to be here the 16th of Dec. it didn’t get here until Jan 2. I spent $700 to have them come so late??!!
Ridiculous communication that is sporadic at best and LIES at worst. They have offered nothing. I want to return the items and they give you no appropriate communication or how to information.
DO NOT ORDER FROM PICUSTOM. They are a SCAM.
