Boddy and Ridewood Charged £8.95 for Next Day, Sent Tracked 48 which is less than£4 – Disgraceful Service
I ordered medication for sick livestock before their 11:00 AM cutoff for Next Day delivery. I was charged £8.95 for "Premium" shipping, only for them to send it via Royal Mail Tracked 48—a 2-3 day budget service that costs less than half of what I paid was told they pay more than a normal customer it is not true also that its packaging but its in the same packaging I would of got if I order standard delivery
When I called to ask why the medicine hadn't arrived, the staff hung up on me twice. Absolutely zero care for animal welfare or customer service. They are happy to take your money for a premium service they have no intention of providing. Avoid if you actually need your items on time.
