Dear Mr Polanski,

We are sorry about the confusion that has been made via Booking.com. Our team had been in touch via the platform to explain that the apartment that you had booked was now no longer managed by ourselves. The refund was issued right away, but does appear that due to exchange rates there is a discrepancy.

Hopefully this clears up the miscommunication and indeed allows those reading the review to understand.
