These a $$ holes keep pocketing the express shipping money even though they are sending orders through yun which takes way longer. Customers are angry and the worst part, they didn't even inform sellers. I had to get messages from customers first in order to know that their packages were not arriving even though they paid for express. They keep increasing their prices to the point where I will have to price products astronomically high in order to make profit. Just go somewhere else. Don't expect to run a long term business with them. They clearly don't know how to run a POD company.

I have heard other people complain about this company and I am shocked every time. I have never had a problem and my customers to this date all love their products. They deliver in a timely fashion and the orders are easy to track.

One of my Etsy order imported twice, then pillow profits automatically charged my bank card twice, I contacted them for cancel one order, but I was told it is in production, could not cancelled and refund me. So I was suggested to change one order address to deliver to me. So i did it, I got the product, but they hold the order without delivey to my customer. More than One monthly later, I my customer and I found out this. I contacte PP, it took a few days to deliver it, i asked them for refund this order, so i can deliver mine to my customer in UK since mine is in Sweden. They refused. And told me it was delivered with tracking number, I believed.

But again more than one months late, there is no tracking information updated for that order when I checked. Only says the shipping was created in Yun express website. Shocked!!!

Not like another review, I had good experience with the customer support Glen, but bad experience with other two, because their ability to solve the problem, they often reply email without a solution, investigate something else, without focus how to solve the problem. So often delayed to solve problem. It tested my patience very much!!

Just one order take three months, I asked refund. I Totally lost patience with pillow profits. But they refused.

Beautiful design patterns, but hard for me to selling since a lot of same design patterns in Etsy, high competition for late market entered shops.

I much prefer JetPrint, better service far better quality sneakers, for order delayed 2 weeks, JetPrint refunded me the whole order, and send products to customer as well. Far better experience with JetPrint.

I ordered a set of Top-High sneakers to test for my store. It took 7 days for production and another 12 for shipping. The printing is high quality. The shoes are very light. They arrived on a box and inside a little bag. They run a bit big. They delivered as promised. Didn't pay extra for fast delivery or anything. I am not sponsored by them. I bough the products with my money to test the products I want to sell on my store. Going to order other products to check quality etc. Will use their fast delivery to test shipping time.

This company is horrible I ordered nine different items five freaking months ago. I received nothing I tried reaching out over a dozen times and never received one response. They have a literary taken my money.

Really, really poor customer service. The guy there... Glen I think, came across as egotistical and arrogant and very keen to get into an argument even though he knew I have a legimiate complaint. He was wanting to deflect my problems and suggested I was being difficult. As a paying customer, I did expect to be treated with respect and for and issues to be dealt with in a wholly professional manner. Good products, but Glen needs to humble himself and listen to his customers more. I unsubscribed from Pillow Profits as a result of the negative interactions I had with him via email.
