I’m unable to leave a review on their website due to an error on their end.
I suffer from severe neck pain, and it’s been impossible to find a pillow that doesn’t make it worse. I’ve lost track of how much time and money I’ve spent researching and trying different options. I’ve been using this one for over a month, and unfortunately, it's just a little too high and firm.

Pluto pillow will create a custom pillow for you based on the answers that you give to a short quiz. You have an extended period of time to test the pillow out and if it doesn't work for you, Pluto will fix it. Their customer service is excellent. The only downside is that you may have to wait a while for your custom pillow...because these pillows are popular.

After spending tons of money on different pillows that did not address my specific, chaotic sleep style (side to stomach and sometimes back) along with the shoulder, neck and back pain that directly contributes to it, I did a lot of research on pillows. This is the one that I picked, I mean why not?

Buyer Beware ! Most unrepeatable company I have ever dealt with. They have my money and the pillow too. Do your research about these people and the company before you purchase or you will lose your money too. Found the pillow to be just as bad as the owner.
