The pillows were delivered as promised, and they are exactly what I had hoped for. I took a picture of the pillow tags in a hotel room, as they were so comfortable, and I found them online and ordered! I couldn't be happier. They are the PERFECT cloudlike pillow for me!

Unbelievably helpful. Ordered two king pillows, minor mix-up by me and received back sleeper pillows, not the side sleeper as I thought ordered.
Wrote and inquired, given specific instructions on re-order and when received 2nd set of my king pillows, shipping receipt included in box.
Paid a little more but the side sleeper version a bit higher by few dollars.
Smooth transactions, receiving both orders promptly, shipping returns flawlessly easy.
Great to deal with them.
BUYER BEWARE NONE WASHABLE
I would not give them a star! DO NOT BUY The PILLOWS! False advertisement! They are not washable! By the time you wash & attempt to ring them out it’s awful! They do not dry they smell of a stinky barn bacteria growing in whatever is in the filling! I sent them multiple emails & the same response! VET owned they should be ashamed! I have pics of the pillow washed & attempted to dry! Pillow stinks so bad I threw it in the garbage! They ignored my last email! I declined payment through the bank for false advertisement! I got my money back on my last order! Had I known they were not washable I would not have ordered a 2nd time! STAY AWAY! Buyer BEWARE!
10/27/2023 @ 12:10 pm-I see your response, and I did exactly what you said. You also said try putting two pillows in at the same time which I had done in the beginning! I also sent you a picture of the pillow that was dried, and I dried it immediately after it was spun out of the washing machine! These pillows are not machine washable the only way you can get these pillows clean would be to take them to a professional cleaner and I doubt they would even want to attempt it! But to prove my point, I will take one of the pillows that I have left to a professional cleaner and ask them for their advice, and I will post it on here as well, and the facility that I took it to! If you read the reviews of individuals that have bought the pillows and attempted to return. They give them the same bogus information! FYI-instructions for washing the pillow are right on your product tag! ONCE AGAIN BUYER BEWARE!

Was trying to buy a very light weight quilt that we purchased many years ago at Chateau Elan just north of Alt. Even though we like our purchases it is not the quilt we wanted.
The customer service was wonderful
The customer service was wonderful. The Pillows arrived quickly. I had a cervical fusion and have a hard time finding a pillow for my needs. Because of issues with my neck I had to return the pillow. Customer served helped me out for the return. They sent me an email after getting a total refund. I would highly recommend them.
Awful customer service
I placed an order for 1 pillow and 2 pillow protectors. Decided to return all 3 items. Emailed customer service and stated I wanted to return all 3 items and they sent me a return shipping label. I sent all 3 items back in the same shipping box in which I received all 3 items in. They ended up only refunding me for the amount of the pillow, not the pillow protectors. I emailed customer service regarding this and got no response. I proceeded with a dispute with my credit card company and customer service at Pillows.com sent them a letter stating I only sent back the pillow. CLEARLY SOMEONE THERE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB. You have incompetent people working there who probably took out the large pillow that was crammed in the small box they provided and decided to not look at the bottom where the pillow protectors were and most likely threw it in the trash or something. Now my credit card company is wanting me to somehow show proof that I shipped back the pillow protectors LOL yea because that’s possible. What a mess!! Will never order from Pillows.com again

What the heck, so disappointed
It has been awhile, (I could not respond before now). I promise this will be my last in put. I can only say, if the pillows you guys are selling is indeed IHG pillows then I suggest that you check on what the manufacturer is doing because honestly what I received is not IHG pillows, they were far from it. I truly do not want to come across as just being a mean old lady. However as far as the statement about me being able to mail the pillows back in the box they arrived in, well that was absolutely not possible. First as I mentioned before the box was way to damaged and there is no way my 62 year old hands could roll those pillows back up tight enough to fit in that tiny box, even had it not been damaged. And I understand you are a much smaller company than Amazon, but maybe you could have your pillows at least packaged in a bit larger box so it would be much easier to get the pillows back in to it (if a return is necessary) Lastly I have changed my rating to a 3 star because at least the customer service reps did respond quickly and it did not take 15 days to receive my full refund. It ended up being less than a week, which I truly appreciated.
There was no way I What the heck. First my box of pillows showed up, literally 3/4 opened and looked like a gorilla had gotten a hold of it. But the pillows were at least still in the wrapping. I took them out (it was a set of two) "supposedly" the firm and soft set from the brand IHG that Holiday Inn Express uses, (which are wonderful). I followed the instructions fluffing etc. However that night within 15 min the firm one was as flat as a pancake. I had paid $80.00 for the two pillows. I then tried out the soft one and of course it was the same, went flat almost instantly. Then when I emailed customer service I was told they would send me a return label but I would have to provide my own box to ship them back. They did send the return label right away, and thank goodness I had a box (since the one they arrived in was destroyed. Oh yes when I mentioned this to the company I was told "sorry it arrived that way but it didn't leave our warehouse like that". Well no kidding but the warehouse should make sure their merchandise is packaged much better. So my old hands hand to roll those darn things up to get them in to a box that was not enormous. Finally I did actually accomplish this. It has been a week now and I had not received an email stating the box was received and when I will get my refund. So I write them another email asking these questions. Their reply back was, they did receive the box and it can take up to 15 days for me to get my refund. This is why Amazon is so successful, yes I detest them too, but at least you know you do not have to hurt yourself when you have to return something and the minute you hand the item(s) back to a UPS store your refund is all but instantaneous. Side note: I am certain these are cheap knock off pillows sporting the IHG brand label, but that is were it starts and certainly stops. These are NOT actual IHG pillows. In closing I can only say buyer beware of pillows.com. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Hi. I typically only provide good reviews but this has been a frustrating and an infuriating experience. I have emailed you multiple times over a number of weeks to return my purchase but have not got a response. I called your 800 number and was directed by a recording to email you.
The purchase is unopened and unused. Just feeling and squeezing the pillow in between my hands was enough to confirm that the advertising was false as it did not feel anywhere like the hotel pillow advertised.
Please refer to my email and respond with a return label so we can move on from this unfortunate experience.

Just don't do it
Just don't do it. Customer service is atrocious. The pillows would go completely flat and were nothing like what I experienced at the hotel. I requested a return service, which went smooth enough. I returned the 2 pack of pillows, plus a pillow cover that I ordered. During my time trying each pillow individually, there was always a cover on it. I returned all items and when my refund finally processed, it was only for 50% with no explanation. I reached out to customer service. They responded that the tags were cut and there was a stain. This is categorically untrue. I NEVER cut tags off of any of my pillows. I also know for a fact there was no stain, but on something like that, you can certainly question your judgement or sanity. However, I DO NOT CUT TAGS OFF OF MY PILLOWS. I can with clear certainly say this is a lie. After going back and forth, they told me there are photos and "3 managers" signed off on saying there were no tags. They never shared such photos with me, but it honestly would not matter. This is unethical business practices. If tags were cut off, it was after the return to their warehouse. If I was at fault in any of this, I would understand, but their customer service just expects you to take their word for it and as long as "managers sign off" you have no argument even if you know you're right, and they are wrong. Just save yourself the hassle and go with a different, more ethical company.

Their response is useless at this point as it’s not true. There were no stains and no tags missing. Don’t trust their process. And if you do a return, don’t do what I did and not take pictures before sending back.

****edit I just found the attachments. However, still those are not my pillows as I don’t rip or cut tags off. It is what it is. I know they won’t make it right. They can keep the $95. Just be warned that is how their customer service operates.
