Stay in Holiday Inn

We stayed in a Holiday Inn recently and fell in love with thier soft pillows. When I asked the from desk about them, they gave me this website and said this is where we get ours. Bingo! We ordered and had them in a couple days! Best pillows around! We sleep so much better now!

I received my order very quickly

I received my order very quickly! Unfortunately, I did a poor job of choosing and the pillow won't work for me. I was sick for 2 weeks after I received it, so haven't returned/reordered yet, but shipping was amazingly fast!

Horrible Customer Service

I called to return my pillows and the rep hung up on me because I said I wouldn't be purchasing anything else from them. They refuse to mail me a return label as I don't have a printer. She told me since I don't have a printer, I have no right ordering online. Give me a break!

Sandie, that is not what happened. Customer service emailed you a free Fedex return label. I explained to you how you can can return your order with free return shipping and money back. You got very upset and extremely rude when I explained we do not mail hard copy return labels to customers. When you started to raise your voice I hung up. You can print your free shipping return label in the public library or forward it on to a friend or family member to print for you. You have everything you need to return your order to get your money back. No customer service agent should be spoken to the way you spoke to me.

We ordered two pillows

We ordered two pillows, I didn’t care for one of them so I asked for an exchange and I got an answer the very next day and they sent me the one I needed and a free return label for the other I wanted to return. Very fast shipping and very friendly customer service.

Bad Company

Bought 2 pillows. Both were supposed to be exactly the same. One is almost flat. I've emailed the company twice so far without a response. No one answers the phone either. I paid $190 for the pillows and want my money back but the Pillows.com won't even respond!!!!

I was looking for a hotel pillow

I was looking for a hotel pillow. Pillows.com came up in my search. The website looked real and the pictures were just what i wanted. After receiving the pillow I was not satisfied but I tried it out the first night.
Next day i called and asked to return it. No questions asked.
About a week later i received an email telling me i will be refunded $30. I paid $69.98.
I sent an email and was responded within 1 day with an explanation and pictures of stains and the tag was worn.
I ONLY HAD IT FOR ! DAY!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company

Thank you for your review. We state on our website that all returned items must arrive in like new condition. Damaged returns result in a 50% refund. Your pillow had obvious stains which we provided images for your records. This return was signed off by two managers. We purchased 4 pillows and awful return

We purchased 4 pillows. They were not at all what he had hoped for so we did not even use them and sent them back. Pillows.com manufactured a small linear blood stain on one of the pillows that does not look like blood and retained and extra 30 bucks from our refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I see another review where the exact same scam took place.

Pillows.com kept my $$$ without any explanation or notification

I ordered 2 pillows from Pillows.com. They were not comfortable at all, so I returned them. Their return policy says that they charge a $9.99 shipping fee to return items. However, Pillows.com kept $43.99. No explanation, no confirmation email, no order update in my online account. I contacted them but never got a response. Do NOT buy from Pillows.com.
