Extremely disappointed – Relaxed Therapy High Memory Foam Pillow

I received the Relaxed Therapy High Memory Foam Pillow from Pillow Talk for Father’s Day, and honestly, it has been a complete letdown.

The pillow has already deflated and lost its support, and I’m now dealing with a sore neck that has required treatment. You buy a memory foam pillow expecting it to maintain its shape, provide proper support and improve your sleep — not leave you waking up in pain.

For a product marketed around comfort and support, the quality has been extremely disappointing. A pillow should not lose its support so quickly, particularly when it is meant to be designed for a comfortable night’s sleep.

I wouldn’t recommend the Relaxed Therapy High Memory Foam Pillow to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere. The last thing you want is to spend money on a pillow only to end up with neck pain and the added hassle of needing treatment.

I would like to give a shoutout to the lovely manageress of the Mitchelton store. When I had an issue with a bed topper she handled my complaint in a very professional, cordial manner and resolved the issue quickly. I upgraded to a different one and could not be happier.
This is my local store and the staff are always very knowledgeable, friendly and never pushy. Keep up the great work :)

Easy website to navigate - plenty of lovely choices
It would be great if your website was updated regularly -so that any items that are no longer available or will soon be restocked should possibly reflect that on screen

What great service! A big thank you to Lara at Pillowtalk Windsor! She saved me loads of time aimlessly searching for a product which is no longer available. She was very professional in her approach and I will be back to seek her guidance in the future.

Normally, we always have a positive experience shopping at Belrose, so today was extremely disappointing.

I purchased over $150 worth of items and asked the store to hold our bags while we continued shopping. When we returned, one entire bag was missing. It took quite some time for the staff to work out what had happened. We were eventually told that another customer had mistakenly taken the bag and had called to say she would return it in 10 minutes. We waited around 40 minutes before the bag was finally returned.

Unfortunately, no one came to find us to let us know it had been returned, and the bag had not been checked. When I checked it, one of the items was smashed. The replacement available was also in poor condition and discoloured, so I was given a refund.

What was most disappointing was the lack of acknowledgement or apology for the inconvenience and the long wait. The staff seemed confused about how to handle the situation, and Erin at the counter came across as dismissive and condescending rather than helpful.

We expected much better customer service from a store where we have normally had such positive experiences.

Recently visited Pillowtalk Bundaberg. The lovely Team Member Helen served me. I was needing cushion inserts for odd shaped handmade cushion covers I had purchased online. Helen was very knowledgeable and helpful - she explained my options - I chose feather inserts, Helen even put the cushion inserts into the covers for me. They are so beautiful and easy to ‘chop’ into shape.
Outstanding customer service going the extra mile. I ALWAYS enjoy shopping at Pillowtalk Bundaberg.

Went to Pillow Talk Mentone, looked around the store several times for item that I confirmed was available. Walked up to staff member who was on the phone stood there for quite awhile, she did not acknowledge me at all, considering the phone conversation was her complaining about another employee, not good customer service, I left went to Spotlight were I was assisted and found the product I was after at a much cheaper price.

I bought a pillow online and when I received it I realised it was too high. I immediately wanted to return to get the next size down in pillows. It was then I discovered you can not return pillows. I will never purchase online again and therefore will have no access to buy from this store. Such a shame as the quality was very good.

I have shopped with Pillow Talk online a few times.

Once, the bedsheets I ordered started piling within a few weeks, but I didn't bother complaining.

However, I purchased bedsheets again recently, which had very visual piling after three washes. They are disgusting to look at, and such a waste of money.

I contacted Pillow Talk with a complaint and photo of one section of the piling, and their response was they wanted a photo of the whole product (which is silly as a queen Bed sheet is very difficult to take a full photo of, and it will be hard to see the piling with the camera quality of such a big item) and other requirements which they would then take to quality assurance with no promised resolution.

Like I said, I have shopped there a few times before, but NO MORE. They do not care about their customers.

beautiful products, prompt delivery

I love Pillow talk! They always have the most beautiful homewares and at a great price too! Zena in Artarmon is absolutely lovely and always helps in choosing the perfect piece!

I purchased 2 cushion at the Springvale store and checked with a staff member that I could return if not happy when I got home. I returned the following week with all paperwork and was informed that only the Manager could do refunds. Manager was on a break at the back of the store, staff member told her that I was waiting, I then stood at the counter for 12 min while she finished her break, no apology from the manager when she finally wandered up. Other staff members were apologizing, but not the manager. as a past manager myself of a large retail store, I was disgusted with the lack of customer service.

Pillow talk at Loganholme was ok . The staff were fine but they didn't explain much to us or ask us many questions and due to that we spent alot of money which ended up being a waste as we can't use what we bought. We've been to other stores and the staff asked us heaps of questions which meant we got exactly what we needed and wanted. I'm sure this review won't be read but I wanted them to know so the staff can learn and be better in the future.

Appalling customer service, would avoid. I asked a product question and was given incorrect information - told to buy a second product separately, which I did. Upon receiving delivery, discovered I didn't need to buy second product. They wanted me to go to store to return, but what's the point of online purchase if you have to travel to a store - and because of their mistake? So then they wanted me to return via post and charge me for return delivery. I managed to get special approval for not charging me the delivery return fee - but then once they received the item, they still charged me the delivery fee. First time customer. Pretty appalled at how rubbish they are. It shouldn't be this hard!

The doona i wanted was on sale and it was delivered in a timely fashion
