No response for my request

No response for my request to get a medical certificate for DL renewal purpose even after 24 hrs. I had paid the amount to get a response within 24 hrs. I am surprised by all the positive reviews as I went with what I read. But sadly, they seem very lethargic and not interested. I am not even sure now about their legitimacy!

As we'd shared, your DL-renewal certificate will be completed today — and if for any reason we're unable to deliver, you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked.
