William at pinnacle fitness was on hand…
William at pinnacle fitness was on hand to give my wife great advice on buying her replacement spin bike .
William even came in at the weekend to let her see what options he had for the replacement bike .
I can’t recommend pinnacle enough for others

Superb customer service and fantastic condition equipment
Fantastic customer service and regular contact to help along the way for purchasing and delivery. We bought 11 startrac bikes that are in super condition and I look forward to purchasing more in the near future!

Pinnacle recumbent bike
I used Pinnacle to order a recumbent bike. We have had an issue with the screen, but it's how they elected to deal with it which is to be very helpful to try and replace it for free.
things break, its the support you get that is good reflection of the company

Massive thanks to the team at Pinnacle…
Massive thanks to the team at Pinnacle Fitnesss for supplying and installing our fully customised Life Fitness treadmill into a very awkward to reach location within our clinic in June. I really can't commend them enough on the quality of the refurbishment work for the price we paid. The delivery team were efficient and friendly and aftercare has been top notch as well. We strongly recommend this company and will be using them in all future endeavours.
