⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding – Products and Customer Service!

I honestly cannot recommend FLOE Fitness highly enough. From the quality of the products to the exceptional customer service, my whole experience has been absolutely fantastic.

I have purchased several FLOE products now, including the sauna blanket and accessories, LED face mask and skincare products, and I have been genuinely impressed with the quality, design and overall experience. Everything feels well thought out and made to make your wellness routine feel that little bit more special.

What has impressed me just as much as the products is the customer service. James has been absolutely amazing – incredibly helpful, friendly, responsive and genuinely caring about his customers. Nothing feels like too much trouble, and that personal approach is quite rare these days.

FLOE has definitely become one of those companies I trust and will happily purchase from again. I’m already looking forward to trying more of their products!

I have been using this mask for 5 weeks consistently and the difference in my skin is amazing. Its comfortable to wear and I often fall asleep during the treatment.
I do have good skin but my skin tone is much more even and fine lines and wrinkles are much softer. I have had lots of compliments about my glowing skin. I am really happy with the results and am recommending it to friends and family.
I can't believe that it has limited reviews as this really is outstanding.

Very responsive customer service. Their belief in their product and care for their customer satisfaction is inspiring. I’m trying the red light therapy mat with their generous 60 day return policy. It’s looking good so far, and meets all their claims.

Excellent customer service. Far above and beyond what I was expecting.
Our infra red sauna blanket did not come from Floe - I wish it had but I reached out to Floe regarding their insert blankets as I wanted 100% cotton. At that point we were a bit disillusioned by the sauna blanket itself that we had purchased elsewhere. It came with no instructions suitable for people with no experience or knowledge of such things and the insert blankets were polyester. The owner answered my email about his blankets and confirmed they are cotton - they are and we are really pleased with them. He also offered a phonecall and he told me everything we needed to know about infrared sauna blankets and we now enjoy our sauna blanket a lot. No sales pitch just honest, helpful and friendly advice. When we are able to purchase a second blanket it will be a Floe one for definite.

Red light panel delivered quickly, well packaged and a good price. Easy to use and I’m very pleased with it.

Love my sauna blanket!
Only had it a week and been in it 4 times. So relaxing after a long day at work

Quick delivery, package as described on the website. Not had time to evaluate fully, but initial use very promising.

My order arrived very quickly without having to pay for next day delivery.
I bought a sauna blanket, hoping that it will help me recover well from daily workouts.
It does take quite a while to warm to its top temperature so with a 35 min timed session, the blanket feels like it’s at its highest temp for only 15- 20mins.
It seems to be well made& sturdy.

I purchased a Floe sauna blanket in November 2025 and cannot recommend it highly enough. The blanket works brilliantly, it heats up quickly and is easy and comfortable to use. I have trouble sweating which is necessary for detoxing, but I find going up to the max heat (number 6) and a little exercise beforehand works brilliantly. The sauna blanket is easily folded and transported which is very good for me as I can take it in the car when going on holiday. I would also very much praise the customer service of this company, it is second to none. James replies to messages straightaway, and is extremely helpful and friendly if there is any issues. The only issue I had was of my own doing for not plugging the sauna in properly! Of course easily sorted and I continue to love this sauna blanket!

Absolutely fabulous customer service. Highly recommend them.

I am disappointed. I placed my order on 4 December and have not received it yet. After sending several emails to the company asking where my order was, I received a reply saying that I would receive it on 23 December. The next day, I checked and found that the parcel was still in the UK. I sent an email saying that I wanted a refund and received no response. No message, no money. Be careful.

I absolutely love my sauna blanket. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and winter makes it worse. A 45 minute "holiday" every other day is really hitting the spot. I'm sleeping better too! The aches from being cold are melting away!

The customer service is second to none as well. I had a slight issue and it was resolved immediately.

Floe infa red blanket works very well has helped with my partners fibro

Initially I was nervous about making this purchase however I'm glad I did. The product is definitely working for me and given me the opportunity to access heated relaxation in the comfort of my home. I've even tried the sauna setting which DOES work. It has also provided relief to aches and pains as well. Very pleasantly surprised as to how well this product works.

I would also like to say a BIG thank you to James who was accessible and accommodating throughout the inquiry and transaction. He provided excellent customer service and is clearly a caring and compassionate individual. The customer service and product information received from James was the deciding factor in proceeding with the purchase.

The product is well made, good quality and has made a significant positive difference in a short space of time. The product being non toxic and radiation free is a huge relief and the reason why I was initially interested in purchasing from Floe instead of other brands. I also purchased the waffle towels which are helpful to use with this product.

All in all I am very happy with the product. It has been used and has made my sauna blanket experience more pleasant. It soaked up my sweat and prevented my toes from burning.
