We had an incredibly tight and frankly unrealistic timeline, made even more challenging by unprecedented storms and the holiday season—but this team delivered anyway.

From design through production, they were thoughtful, responsive, and detail-oriented. The final challenge coin was absolutely beautiful, high quality, and executed exactly as envisioned. Every detail came through perfectly.

The coin ended up being one of the most special and well-received items at our conference. It genuinely elevated the experience for everyone, and we’re so glad we trusted them to make it happen. Couldn’t recommend them more.

We decided to try a different vendor (PinProsPlus) due to the price quote received by our current vendor. We was quite surprised by the price difference. We were nervous about trying someone else but getting some samples from Adam (who knew the difference between "hard enamel" and "soft enamel" pins), we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pins. We also decided to pay for the production of one pin then would receive a discount from that cost towards our order. It was still a deal even though we had to pay the extra for the sample pin (so we were sure it was what we wanted). The pin sample and the box of pins arrived quickly and the quality was exceptional. And Adam was helpful all through the process (and I know I emailed him a LOT!)
