Very supporting group i was allocated Kerry which was very supporting and caring, Would highly recommend.
Nothing to much for them

The service provided was excellent.. I'm not good at explaining and getting my views over the right way .. After speaking with David he put me at ease and for the first time I felt comfortable explaining my issues.. Following the lengthy consultation... I felt having the support was the way to go... So I did Iwas allocated Annie who was also amazing we talked through the claims process and evidence, Medical reports how I'm affected....And was assisted in completing the claim for .. boy was I confused but thanks to Annie I got through it.. The completed form was sent off.. I didn't have any ecptations but was supported always . Annie was only a message or a call away.. Day of my assessment Annie was present... Suporting me..... My application was approved... One thing I will say is be open and honest ......

I had a phone call from David as I have recently got very confused by the stage I am at with DWP. He called me and was so polite, kind, calm, and very thorough. I explained to him I didn’t understand measurements when he asked how far I could walk and he changed the way he worded it so I could understand, using buses. He was so helpful and the charity are very lucky to have him. Thank you David for recognising that having a learning disability isn’t a bad thing it just means things need to be explained differently so we can understand.

I am so happy I’ve got to speak to Dave he has made me realise I should fight for this thanks so much Dave

Kerry was absolutely amazing! Honestly if I could give the company and Kerry more than 5 stars I really would. She made it such a relaxed situation and was so understanding. Can’t thank her enough she was amazing.

Reassurance, kindness and care were given throughout, from the very beginning to the successful conclusion. After giving up on PIP once then having my mandatory consideration refused I contacted PIP help. Kerry helped me appeal and I've been waiting on court date. Received a message yesterday saying they have awarded me! They responded to me with nonsense but Kerry was brilliant, she did everything. I just had to sign court papers, add additional documents and onward send. Nothing I said to PIP did any good but Kerry was fantastic. I'd recommend them to anyone and can't thank them enough.

I couldn’t rate Julie high enough.

When I was in hospital, she supported me every step of the way.

She helped me gather medical records and put my case in writing. I was awarded PIP.

But above all, she was human and kind to me when I felt very unsure. Little check ins like “how are you feeling?” mean as much as much as the financial security she’s given me.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Julie was incredible. Caring, supportive, empathetic. Nothing was ever too much. I couldn’t have got through the application process without the support I received from Julie and the team. I would definitely recommend this service

I contacted Kim at PIP help after some years of being constantly turned down by the DWP. Kim was fantastic. She spent a good while rewriting the appeal and then represented my wife at the appeal hearing. The judge awarded my wife the appeal within an hour. Without Kim and PIP help the appeal would not have suceeded. Don't hesitate contact PIP Help.

I am so glad I found your page it gave me the kick I needed I applied and had telephone assessment yesterday afternoon and had DWP ring me this morning telling me I got pip of it wasn’t for your page and reading a lot of posts off people and your team honestly a BIG HUGE HUGS and thank you very much

Arranged a call, Dave called and was a fantastic help, we had a good conversation and was very helpful.
Felt very uplifted after our phone call.
A lot more positive about the whole situation.
Was really pleased with the service, manner and honesty.
Had previously enquired with fightback but was very overwhelmed with everything they charged for and wasn't clearly made to me what was what.

Ive just got off the phone with Dave and he was amazing, so friendly, straight down the line and honest. Such brilliant advice given and gave me so much more confidence in going to tribunal than i had before. You all do such an amazing job providing help and support to those of us in need and i appreciate everything you have done.

I contacted PIP help with regards to a mandatory reconsideration for my son. They gave me some excellent advise in how to respond, which ultimately led to my son being granted care and high mobility. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I am so happy with the outcome of my PIP claim. I am so grateful and couldn't have gone through with it without you.
I want to thank David for his initial words of encouragement and especially to Anna who has been with me every step of my journey, she is an Angel who kept me going through the whole process.

Having to think about all my health conditions and how they affect me in one form was upsetting, yes this is my life but I struggled when it came to thinking of them all in one go. Anna was amazing though, she gently guided me through, pulled from me information I hadn't even considered (it's just something I do day to day). I was dealt with professionally and with empathy. I can't thank Anna and PIP Help enough

Thank you, thank you and once again thank you. Been applying for P.I.P for past 5 years as I have MS and struggling, benefits didn't see that.

I contacted PIP Help, and they took on my application. And now I have been now been given P.I.P with help from P.I.P Help. Benefits being stubborn and took nearly 1 year since applying. It went through courts and tribunal and I won.

Back dated from when I applied.

Service I have received A class, highly highly recommend.
