Out Baited
This was a wonderful moment to see the beauty of
piscifun Chaos Xs50 from right out the box then placing line on the reel,
bread 30pound yellow on to the rod ugly stik carbon inshore. Then I watch a youtube video comparing the two chaos 50 & 60 distance challenge. The Chaos X50 won,
I am amaze about the hold lump sum.

I've bought several reels and a couple rods and I like both items very lightweight, received them on time. Only had one issue with shipping that was due to a reel being withheld at the port I guess. That was no problem Piscifun sent me another one and when the other one arrived, I bought that one too.

Hi,
Thank you for purchasing our line spooler and for providing your valuable feedback. We are delighted to hear that you are happy with its core winding performance, resulting in tight and even line on your reel.
However, we sincerely apologize for the difficulty you experienced when trying to position the new line spool on the device. Your feedback about it being 'hard to get the spool positioned' is extremely important to us.
We have contacted you via email with clearer instructions and reference videos, and we hope you find them helpful.
If the issue persists after following our suggestions, or if you find any accessories are missing or damaged, please contact us immediately at our customer service email [cs@piscifun.com]. We will promptly send you replacement parts or arrange for a product exchange to ensure you can use our product smoothly.
Thank you once again for your feedback—it truly helps us do better.
