So glad I used Pittis for my house sale and house purchase as I found just the sort of property I wanted all thanks to @ Jo and Chris.

Jo (Lacey) lived up to all expectations, was friendly, honest and professional.

Jo and Chris have made my move easy and stress free.They were always available when I needed to ask any questions and quick to reply. I would highly recommend their services to my friends .

I was looking for a property in Shanklin and enquired about one. Jo was so helpful, she contacted me when it came back on the market, when I came back to the island to view, she booked an afternoon to show us some properties. She gave us so much good advice. I am just disappointed that the property that we finally put in an offer on, was not from her.

Everything went so smooth! Almost seamless experience the entire way through. Jodie made it so simple and easy to understand the entire time

We recently contacted Pittis Ventnor office to value our home after an extensive renovation. We were not particularly looking to go on the market immediately but some time in the near future. Our appraisal was carried out by Ryan Godley and from our first meeting we could not have been more impressed by his professional manner. The market is difficult at the moment, and we wanted an honest and realistic discussion and this is exactly what Ryan offered and subsequently followed up our meeting with an exceptional level of communication. We were very encouraged by his extensive knowledge of the market and he offered really good advice how to market our house to achieve the best price possible by working WITH us….. not for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Pittis.

Neil Hewitt, Jamie Gallop, Coral Payne & All of Pittis Team have been exemplary in providing helpful advice and in a professional manner. They are friendly and offer realistic guidance and advice. They respond efficiently to emails, phone calls and appointments swiftly along with supportive approaches to my husband and myself. We would rate them 10/10

They supported us all the way through even though we entered the market at the wrong time and it took longer than normal to get a buyer. When a buyer was found things moved very smoothly and quickly with Jo Lacey and Chris Smith helping with any hold ups encountered.

A fantastic service from Jo Lacey and the team at pittis Shanklin every thing I needed to be arranged or rearranged was never a problem

Imogen was fantastic from the beginning with helping us find our cottage up to when our son moved in. Always helpful, friendly and able to assist with any queries that we had. Thank you also to Jodie who although we didn't have as much contact with, when we did again was also so helpful.

Connor Gregory from Pittis in Freshwater was very helpful and knowledgeable when looking for our house. Help us with getting a mortgage advisor and solicitor.

We would like to say that the entire team at the Newport branch have been wonderful, caring and professional.
Nothing was too much trouble, they listened and helped us through the whole process, even taking our ID photographs, as we are not technically minded!
We cannot recommend them highly enough, they are a great team.
