From getting in touch with Emma,whom I think is a gem.answered all my questions,booked us in .Frank came and installed the system and told me everything I asked him Fantastic all the way from start to finish,Cannot thank these lovely people enough.

We highly recommend PIV UK. From start to finish absolutely fab service. Emma was on constant hand to answer questions and Frank fitted system superbly and answered all further questions. 3 months into having it fitted and condensation issues are now a thing of the past. Absolutely amazing!!!

Amazing service from this company & would highly recommend. Quick to respond to my initial enquiry and clearly answered all my queries before their visit (there were a few!). Equipment has been installed today. Clear arrival time and full instructions given, also happy to help with any ongoing queries I might have. Feeling super happy about it all. It's been nearly 2 years since I had 3 units installed. I recently thought I had an issue with one of the units, I was pleased at the response and willingness in helping g me resolve my problem. Thank you.

The PIV team customer service has been great for us, they haven’t been able to do anything for us but have answered so many questions and given us detailed explanations on the sorts of systems that might work better for us in spite of there being nothing in it for them. I would definitely contact them again if we ever did need a PIV system.

Frank at PIV UK was really helpful. Had plenty of time for me and gave good options to sort out the low air movement issues I was having.

I searched around a few ventilation companies and found this one to be the best deal. They were quick to get it booked, easy to communicate with, and did the work efficiently.

Amazing customer service, installation was arranging quickly and at a time that suited us. Installation was quick and very professional with the installer explaining everything we needed to know.
So impressed with the device and overall installation.
Machine is sorting out the damp issues we had and have been suffering from for 3+ years.
Definitely recommend to anybody and everybody.

Wanted a PIV. Thought about doing it DIY but I saw the prices on PIV UK and very fairly priced and opted to just pay. Easy booking via email, Frank text me on the day with an ETA and took him an hour to install it where I wanted. Working perfectly, installed in a tidy manner and no mess left behind. Very happy with the unit and PIV UK and would happily recommend.

Had piv unit installed in December and it has eradicated my condensation issue in my bungalow frank was very informative explained everything I needed to know would highly recommend this company to anyone.Happy days Kenny from Sunderland

Great company to deal with, I was kept updated from my initial enquiry to the day of installation. Fitting did not take long at all and the fitter was really good at answering all the questions I threw at him 😂 I noticed a difference in our windows within 24 hours but didn’t want to get too excited as the weather hadn’t been that cold and was waiting for it to be really cold as that’s when I knew the unit would really have made a difference…. Well that morning was today and what a difference!!! Normally all our windows would be saturated but none of that, it was amazing!! I would recommend this product and company 100%

Absolutely first class company. Small enough to provide the individual touch but professional enough to do a big company job!! We had awful RH levels in our newly bought home but our PIV has reduced it from high 80% to below 60% which a year ago I wouldnt have believed possible. Huge thanks to Frank Emma & team

Prompt timing and quick fitting. Really nice people on top of that. Not to mentioned the unit has been a game changer for the moisture in our house. Would highly highly recommend.
