We called on Pure Maintenance to overcome a Mould problem we had in the bedroom .
When I spoke to them they told me they told there was a package that delt with the Whole Bungalow in one day.
This was a great idea so we went for the package.
It was carried out in one day and has been very effective.
Jack who came to do it explained the whole procedure, very well down to the last detail. Further more tips on how to stop it returning and prevent condensation . We have had no problem since.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, at first I thought it was a bit pricey however considering the level of work they put in on the day, from survey to every room being treated it was money well spent for sure, what a pleasure it was walking into my home and seeing clear walls and ceilings, Stephen was so polite and professional gave me lots of advice, every room now looks amazing, he was there from 8.30 to 4.30pm, left me a hygrometer which I’m obsessed with and have since purchased more for each room, can’t recommend pure maintenance enough have gave me my home back! The report they send has everything you need to know about what was done with detailed photos and thermal imaging, excellent work

The service is not Cheap but it is very Thorough and professional.
The whole house was examined &tested for mold and damp and treated with a mist spray. My concern was underfloor with some mold from previous damp, which again was examined and treated with the mist.
The operative was helpful, Thorough and polite.
I received a detailed 59 page Review with useful information and recommendations. I do also find that the atmosphere / air quality is improved.
All contact with the company was excellent and they could not be more helpful.
It is Definitely a case of you get what you pay for

Without doubt one of the best customer services I have experienced. Joe answered all of my questions and was friendly, patient and knew his stuff. I did not feel any pressure or rush but based on the call alone, I have a good feeling about Pure Maintenance and the service they provide. Thanks Joe :)

They were extremely helpful giving the necessary information required for the job. They were reliable. Kept you in the loop whilst performing the repairs. Their work was superb.

Very professional and polite, Matt cleared the mould from 4 windows, bathroom, washing machine etc.

I have taken down my last review for this company Pure Maintenance UK and reappraised my review. This is due to the fact, that there was an unfortunate delay not due to the company's fault as a person was off sick and unable to able to follow through, The CEO himself contacted me, and has arranged for a follow up visit to have the work agreed upon completed. This company has, been since the discrepancy found has made a first class follow up to address the situation. My first review was written under concern, but that has all been addressed. Couldn't ask for a better company to be doing the work required.

Terry was great! He cleaned the mould very quickly and gave us very useful maintenance tips.

A bit pricy but prompt, polite, and did an excellent job. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

From the initial enquiry to job completion, I found them very professional and knowledgeable. Sam and Rich outlined all the additional advisory recommendations, which we are adhering to, and spent the day surveying and fogging our property. Have now received the in depth mould report and probable causes.

I really can't rate this company highly enough. Back in September my son moved in to a student house in Norwich which sadly was in a very poor condition despite the huge monthly rental price tag. There was mould and damp in all rooms, with mouldy mattresses and soft furnishings. The place was infested with so many flies and stank to high heaven. My son suffers with eczema and another of the tenants had an autoimmune disease so we were fraught with worry about the effects of the mould on their health.

From start to finish Pure Maintenance were a pleasure to deal with - very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. The price was higher than any other mould treatment specialists I had contacted but worth every penny to get the assessment, mould analysis report, treatment and maintenance plan. We were nervous about forking out so much money only for it not to work. We were able to book a slot within a couple of days and Sam and Elliott came out - fully kitted out, carried out the assessments, air samples and written reports first and then treated the entire house.

The long and comprehensive report was emailed to us a couple of days later detailing what work needed to be carried out in order for the warranty to be in place. It highlighted several problems....leaking roof, broken guttering, missing mortar, broking tiles, poor drainage. We were able to use this report to ensure the landlord fulfilled his responsibilities so that all the remedial work was carried out to ensure that the property was watertight...so it was a godsend.

I can't begin to tell you how transformational the treatment has been. The tenants were given advice on how to ventilate the property correctly and other advice on how to ensure the mould does not return. Upon my first visit after the treatment, I really could not believe the difference. It was like a different house. No smell whatsoever, so much cleaner and not a single fly in sight. The tenants were all so pleased and relieved and it has instilled in them the importance of ventilating. Upon advice from Pure Maintenance we also purchased 2 Meaco dehumidifiers to ensure the humidity levels are kept between 50-55, which they run daily. I provided evidence of all the remedial works that had been carried out to Pure Maintenance to ensure the 1 year warranty was in place but thankfully, so far, there have been no further problems. Yes, the treatment is expensive but it really is the gold standard and when it comes to mould and the health consequences exposure to it can cause, you really can't afford to cut corners!

Everything from initial telephone call through to the technician's visit was dealt with very professionally. Mould removal was successful and technician went over and above, giving valuable advice and was a pleasure to deal with.

Once mould gets out of hand, you need a professional company to eliminate the problem.
I like the fact that PureMaintenance uses a natural base product to tackle mould.
My case was bad, the tenant supposidly sealed the flat allowing no air circulation.
I was in panic as the tenant ruined the flat and its continence.
But PureMaintenance solved the problem and gave me piece of mind - also because of their warranty.
Well done to all the staff and espcially to Terry A who gave a detailed description of mould and to George who did the top up which is the last stage.

Pure Maintenance have been fantastic. We moved into an old house where mould had been growing. In a single appointment, they thoroughly cleaned the affected areas, and performed a fogging service throughout the whole house. As we lived in the house over the next few weeks, we noticed additional areas where mould had been growing that were not visible to us in the first instance. We were reassured that these areas would have been treated with the dry fog technology and would have been rendered inert, and Pure Maintenance came back very promptly to clean up the affected areas. This took place twice as we uncovered new areas of the house, and both time were very pleased with the service and result. All technicians were very helpful and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend.

I called and the same day the sent a technician to come and do a survey, diagnosis and treatment. It was all done on the same day.
I was very pleased with the results.

Had Terry come out to our property and I must say I was very impressed by his professionalism and level of knowledge. Explained everything very clearly and helped us figure out a plan moving forward. He took that extra bit of time to offer us guidance and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this service. Well done Terry you are a credit to your company.
